Description of Work: Washed windows/screens inside and out.

Description of Work: First, it takes this company approximately 2 days to return a call. I had an appointment finally set up for 10/10. I scheduled to be home for the afternoon as they give you a 2hr. time frame of when they will show up and Hector was very specific that if I did not answer when he called to say he was on his way that the service would be cancelled. Guess what? Brightview did not show up; nor did they call. The next business day I called, left a message. The following day I called again, left another message. Finally the 3rd day Hector called back apologizing for the no show stating that there was equipment failure and he could not retrieve information on the day he was supposed to come and he had no way of knowing who to contact on that day. It sounded questionable to me but I told him I would give him a second chance before I wrote my review. Today he arrived, and began assessing my windows. I have 30 windows on the back side of my house, one rather large 6.5x6.5 picture window (2nd story) but others are a combo of single pane patio doors & small 1x2 windows. First Hector looked at the large window & said it would count as 4 windows, then he looked around at the others and told me he didn't think he could do my big window because he wasn't sure if he could set up his ladder in that space. I have cleaned that window numerous times w/ a long pole attachement (not what I would expect from a professional, but I have cleaned it), and my husband has cleaned it on a ladder. I have had 2 other window cleaners who have also managed to set up ladders and clean it. I thought surely he must be kidding. He then looked at me and said I didn't look happy. I replied that I hired him as a professional window cleaner, how could he possibly not be able to clean that window?? He said it looked difficult and I said if he couldn't do that one that I was not interested in his service and wanted a refund. He argued that he drove all the way to my house from SA (I live in New Braunfels). And I reminded him that this was the second day I arranged my schedule for him and that I was inconvenienced also. Long story short, he left in a huff and stated he would have Angie's List refund me. This business is a joke as a professional service provider.

Description of Work: They were wonderful. The gentlemen came right on time and worked non-stop and were done within an hour. I had one more window than the special called for so I paid the extra 12 with no hesitation. The were friendly, tidy and did a great job. I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I guess I expected our driveway to look "like new" after pressure washing, but it did not. Hence the B rating. However, We have had Brightview wash our windows, and they SPARKLE when done.

Description of Work: It took a couple weeks to schedule the appointment, and he called to cancel last minute because he had truck issues. He said he would call me back the next day and he has not yet, and it's 3:20pm.

Description of Work: They cleaned the outside windows in my daughter's large house. I bought the $99 deal, which only covered 30 panes. The remaining 30 panes were cleaned at $5 per pane. That seems very pricey to me. The windows were clean and the workers were very professional. No complaints about the work. They were prompt in keeping the appointed time.

Description of Work: The fee was based on a certain number of windows being cleaned inside and out, but the number was limited. To have all the windows done would have been another $100 or only do the outside of the windows. I chose to only have a few extra windows done.

Description of Work: Brightview Services did an excellent job, and they will be my choice should I need window cleaning services in the future. They also get an A+ referral from me. Be ready to wait for service. They are very busy and it took about 3 weeks for service.
