did a great job of cleaning the windows, better than other window cleaners I have used. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work performed

I bought the $99 coupon, but had more windows and doors than it covered. Hector and his helper washed them all. They were courteous, hard-working, and on time.

General Manager Hector Sepulveda and his assistant arrived promptly within the estimated time frame he provided. He then took a look at the windows in our 2-storey home for which we had previously paid the the Big Deal price of $99. Hector explained that our kitchen 'garden' windows would require an additional charge because of the complexity and extra time involved. We elected to not have those cleaned. Hector then offered heavy duty brushing of the screens at an additional charge of $2 each, and we did elect to purchase this additional service. Unlike a team that we used a few years ago that used Windex and paper towels, Brightview Services does their window cleaning the right way, with a large squeegy, both inside and out. One front window was defective and had whitish streaks. Hector explained the problem, moisture between the double panes, and why they couldn't remove them. The Big Deal did not include patio doors, so it appears that they were thrown in because of the garden indows! They wore 'booties' while they were inside our home, and offered to remove our doggy door to clean all parts to our deck door! We declined removal because it's difficult to get the screws and insulation line up. They did, however, clean the glass in the door. It hasn't looked that good sense we first installed it! Speaking of dogs, we have 5 Chow Chows I introduced them to Hector explaing each of their individual temperments. unlike many visitors or work crews, Hector petted those that like it, and ignored the 2 that don't want to be bothered. it was so nice, especially in warm weather, to not have to lock my dogs in the pantry! I would use Brightview Services again, with or without a Big Deal. I would further recommend them to anyone for that wants excellent service and professionalism, in addition to a fair price.

I used Brightview services a couple of years ago to clean my windows and screens, inside and outside. When I saw a coupon on Angie's List for window cleaning, I used them again. I was pleased with their service, AGAIN. I had to pay over and above the coupon; however, this was understood before they started. Screen cleaning and cleaning the inside of the window sill (where the vast amount of dirt accumulates) is extra so be sure to inquire before they begin their work. They were on-time, efficient, and completed the cleaning quickly. I will use them again

They did a very good job. There were two workers and they worked together very efficiently and did a very detailed job including wiping the windows down to ensure that no water was left on the sill. Inside the house they moved any furniture that was blocking a window and made sure that it went back where it came from, nice touch. I was also imprressed that after cleaning the outside they put covvers over their shoes so as to not drag any dirt or mud into the house. This is one of the few service personnel that has done this and I as the person that usually cleans up after a service person really appreciate their thoughfulness.

Hector and helper were 10 mins early and waited for me to come home. Hector was very professional and helpful.

Hector and his assistant arrived a little later than promised (early afternoon--he had been ill, but came on the promised day) and worked until the job was done. Hector stayed outside and did the pressure washing (I later learned he did this to protect me from any germs he was still carrying); they both worked past dark. The pressure washing went fabulously--what a difference it made on my home's appearance. I had been worried that a lot of the dark stains on the concrete were mildew and would come right back again, but so far (it's now January), the concrete still looks great. The window washing also was excellent--what a difference it has made! There were some smears on the last windows done in the back of the house, but Hector came back and re-washed those few. I would highly recommend this company for both window washing and pressure washing. Their bid on the pressure washing was half that of a handyman's bid who had done some carpentry repair work for me. They also accommodated my very tight schedule (when I could be home from work). I also had a bid from another window washing company but didn't use them at all because they came earlier than our appointment time and just left a bid, not giving me a chance to ask questions or voice concerns like I was able to do with Hector at Brightview Services.
