My $65 Big Deal purchase to clean 15 exterior windows cost me an extra $52 to clean the screens. It was a 2 month wait from the time I called in the appointment. I called Brightview Services the day before to confirm; I called twice; I was concerned because I got an answering machine, and it had been 2 months since the appointment had been made. They came out promptly. I had removed the screens, as they had asked. They offered to clean the screens for an additional cost. I assumed screens were part of the cleaning; other companies I used in the past included the screens as part of the cleaning. Since I didn't want dirtly screens going back on clean windows, I asked for the screens to be cleaned. They were quick and thorough. Then when it was time to pay, I was told of the $5 fee to use my credit card. I dislike when vendors make consumers pay their for their expenses. It left a bad taste in my mouth. When all was said and done, I paid $117 to have only the outside of 15 windows cleaned. This was not a price break compared to what I normally pay.

They were prompt. They did a good job. They were willing to reschedule when it rained. I paid them a little extra to do or put extra things.

Made appointment thru Hector, who arrived promptly. He provided a quote, and asked whether we could switch our house for another house nearby because it would allow him to take more time on our larger house. It was no problem for us so we agreed to switch. Hector and his crew returned about an hour later and finished our house within two hours. The windows are spotless, they were very organized and cleaned up after themselves.

They are very good. They are very nice and professional. I thought they were a little costly at the time, but I have a lot of windows. I used another company this time, and I ended up paying $280, so I guess this company wasn't too costly.

They were on time - professional - courteous- very cost effective and quick.

Have all obstacles including decorations removed from window area. They prefer the owner handle delicate objects. They did an expert job in a very reasonable amount of time. They are very skilled and precise.

Brightview cleaned windows inside and out, upstairs and down. The windows look wonderful, bright and clean and Hector's team did a beautiful job and were cordial and professional to work with?

The company called me about 30 minutes before they came out to remind me (it's a good thing, too, or I would have missed them!) It gave me time to remove the screens. I did not use the service that cleans the screens for $3 each, because I wanted to just remove them for a better look, as we never open the windows. The 2 man team was prompt and fast working. They discussed with me which windows were to be done, and did not pressure me to "buy more". I chose to clean some of the windows myself, and that was ok with them. The upper story windows had not been cleaned in ????I can't remember when, but whatever solution they used really made the windows sparkle, even before I cleaned the inside. They had tall ladders they used, and special moplike applicators, and then a squeegee. They were very thorough, even cleaning the outside sills. It has rained since, and the windows are still spotless, I don't know how. Having the windows clean makes my whole house feel cleaner. When I drive up to the house, the windows sparkle like diamonds. It turned out better than I expected!

I purchased a coupon from Angies List to have this company come to my home to wash my windows and clean my screens. The coupon was for only 20 windows so I did end up paying for the additional windows and screens. They were punctual and professional. They also gave me a quote to clean my house on a monthly basis. I was happy with their work and I will hire them again.

When I called to schedule the appointment he told me the deal didn't cover windows with panes. I got a refund from Angie's List. It seemed like he didn't want to speak with me so I would not call this company again.

They did a good job cleaning the windows. For the amount I paid I did not get a lot for my money. I have a large window with eight panes. They counted each pane as an individual window. I felt they should have been more generous when determining the amount of windows for the price. It did not take long for me to reach my maximum amount. However, the windows were cleaned very well and streak free.

All of my dealings were with Hector Sepulveda over the phone. He was great to work with as the weather did not cooperate at all! Every time we were scheduled, it rained! However, Hector was very good with his follow up and his diligence in continuing to reschedule the service. I was out of town when the window washers came, but the lady who was house-sitting said the people who came were very good. They reinstalled screens as well. I would definitely use them again. Hector, thank you for keeping in touch with me through all this and your diligence in finally getting an appointment that would work. They did an excellent job. I would hire them again.

The cleaning was very good. I was disappointed that they only were only able to clean half of my windows. It seemed like there was fine print on everything.

On 9/6/11, I bought a $99 Angie's List coupon for Brightview Services for window cleaning. I attempted to schedule but was told they were booked, so I decided to live with my dirty windows through the winter and waited until spring to reschedule as suggested by Hector Sepulveda (presumably the owner). I left a message on 3/14/12 to schedule the spring cleaning and also emailed Brightview to schedule. After several emails, the window cleaning was set for 5/10/12. It rained that day so Hector advised me to call back to reschedule. I did call call back about a week later but got no response, then I tried emailing again with no response. Also, I was surprised to see that Brightview offered another coupon for window cleaning when they apparently couldn't take care of the customers who bought the first ones last year! I finally emailed Hector and advised that if they couldn't reschedule that I would be requesting a refund. No response to that either. I would not consider using Brightview, or recommending them to anyone else, because they are not responsive. In my view, they failed to live up to the high standards of the Angie's List contractors I've used in the past. I still have dirty windows and would like a refund of the $99 so I can get someone else to clean them.

We didn't call them until September of 2011 and it seemed like something always would come up. Once they did come out the windows looked great. It was difficult to get ahold of him, if we did leave a voicemail they wouldn't call us back. If he was in the office we could talk to him.

They were very good. I had an Angie's List coupon. They were very neat and very conscientious. They did a good job. They were also punctual. The coupon was for $99 and I spent an additional $170 to do additional windows. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a coupon off Angie's list last October hoping to get my windows cleaned for the holidays. When I called to schedule they told me it would be early January. Understanding that it was probably a small business and the coupon price was great, I figured even though I couldn't get my windows cleaned in time for the holidays, I would just wait for January. I was unexpectedly called out of town when the day arrived and I missed the scheduled time. Which was definitely my bad. When I called to reschedule I was informed that since I missed my scheduled time it would be another $50 and it would be February. I agreed since it was my fault for missing the date. I also made it known that I would be interested in paying extra for them to clean all of my windows since the coupon only covered 15 windows and I have more. Basically, they ended up rescheduling because of rain two or three times. The fourth time they cancelled there was a slight mist in the morning and the time they were to show up was dry and sunny. Of course each time I rescheduled, the next available time they had was weeks ahead. But, I persevered and kept rescheduling. The fifth time, I rearranged my day, it had been dry for days and it was a cloudless, sunny day. I was excited because there was no reason for them not to show and I could get it off my list. But they called and told me their truck broke down at the last minute. At this point I was upset. But, I rescheduled again. A couple of weeks later, three days or so before they were scheduled I was told the that his grandma passed and he had to go out of town and would call when he got back. He did call and leave a message to reschedule, but at this point I feel like Charlie Brown when Lucy keeps pulling the football away before Charlie Brown can kick it. I am stocking it up to a $100 mistake. Not sure I'll purchase any service coupons again. I'm definitely not up to trying to reschedule window cleaning from this company, again. Maybe they are fine and it was bad mojo. But, after 8 or 9 months I'm finished trying.

Two very pleasant, cooperative, helpful, and thorough men. Prepared for job with paper booties, towels, miscellaneous ladders, and wire scrub pad for use on outside of windows. Dealt with second story very well. Removed and replaced all screens, and wiped up all moisture. Notified us of potentially damaged seals on a couple of windows, as well. Windows look amazing. They are busy on the road, so they didn't get my message 1st thing that morning about an emergency doctor's appointment. No harm done but just a clue that they probably need overnight to catch up on messages.

Very well friendly & polite speedy excellent job very neat & clean keep running space also. Will use again.

The service was fine. It was a Big Deal.

We set up an appointment on the 20th, but there were some weather issues so we decided to reschedule. He told me that when he got back to the office he would call me to set up that appointment. I didn't hear back from him at all, and when I called him this morning he told me that he called and left a voice mail on the 23rd. I never received a call or a voice mail. I did not find this company to be very reliable.

They weren?t able to schedule the appointment for a long time. He called on the day of our appointment to cancel because of rain. We rescheduled for another month later. He called on the day of that appointment a couple of hours before he was supposed to come, and we didn?t answer the phone so he never came. We didn?t know why he decided to cancel the appointment because of this lack of answering the phone two hours earlier. On the third appointment day he never called to confirm, so I called him because of our previous experience. He came and when he got here he told me that he was going to charge extra for 5 second story windows because we had 5 first story and 10 second story, and the deal was for an equal number of both. I have 15 windows and the coupon we purchased was for 15 windows. In the Deal it says "a combination of first and second story windows," and does not specify the number of first and second story windows must be the same. Hector was very argumentative and rude. He ended up walking off the job while shouting at me to call Angie?s List and get a refund.
