Brightview Services

Brightview Services is a company that I would use again. I prepared the house for their arrival; furniture away from windows, blinds pulled up, curtains removed. They were efficient and quick. They were polite and left nothing for me to clean up.

It went great! I even added more cleaning while they were there.

Truck broke down on scheduled day, but called to let me know and rescheduled within 24 hours. Arrived on time. Job performed quickly and adequately. However, did not realize when bought the service that it only included 20 windows. Owner DID tell me that when I called to schedule. Also, counted my library window as "3" windows, because it was not "standard" size. Was not able to get all my outdoor windows washed with this deal. Next time I will ask about the number of windows included BEFORE I purchase this service.

We had the right number of windows we wanted cleaned but they would not honor both deals. However, I was able to do so online. They stated you can only purchase two if it is for two different homes. We did purchase the second deal for our Casita that is separate from our home but I wanted the work done at the same time. They were not willing to combine both deals for both properties so I refunded the deals. I even offered to pay for the second set of windows at a discounted price but they would not work with me.

assumed they did the screens but we had to do it themselves. extra level so they charge us extra for the 2nd story. overall they did a good job, though. They had all of their own equipment with them. 35. extra They worked really h****** a really hot day. They even went back over a window that I thought needed some attention.

The only dislike was that they were booked, they had quite a few things and they actually missed an appointment or two which we can’t remember so we wouldn’t say anything negative about them. We think all in all they did fine and they used whatever they charged us for and it worked fine. In terms of punctuality they showed up when they said they would be here.

Went pretty well some of the windows had streaks.

My only issue with this company was the price. I realized after they arrived, assessed the job and gave me a quote, that it would pay more than their competitors but I had company coming in and they responded the same day to do the job. Plus I already had purchased a Big Deal so I had to use the coupon within a year anyway. I decided to try Brightview as an alternative to one of their competitors since they offered a Big Deal discount. As is turned out the deal was not so big. I paid $99 for $200 worth of services. The grand total was $560.06 minus $200 for the Big Deal discount = $360.06. But I paid $99 for the Big Deal so I paid a total of $459.06. I had used Window Gang in the past and they charged $450 for the same service without the Big Deal discount. So I paid more for the service with the discount than the full price for Window Gang. If I didn't have the Big Deal I would have paid $110 more than Window Gang! In addition, if one uses a plan with Window Gang (twice a year service) the total would have been $405. I will say they did a great job. They responded the same day. They gave me an estimate up front and were clear about what they would do. They did what they said they would do. In addition they cleaned two glass lamps for free.

Everything fine. Brought a crew, so work went fast on 15 windows.

I paid for discount service. I called the company about a month ahead to schedule them to come out. They didn't contact me and after several attempts I finally got hold of them. The time I had available, they were not. I cancelled the coupon and never had it done.

They did a great job. The windows looked crystal clear and the sills were cleaned. I wish they would have gotten the dirt out of the corners of the sills. I thought they were a little expensive at $10/window. I had an Angies list coupon which would have made the price very reasonable. I let it expire but they did apply the amount I paid to the regular price. The foreman was nice and professional and he used booties in the house. I would use them again especially if they offered another coupon.

Difficulty scheduling and then rescheduling due to rain. Service dates had to be way in the future? Work was good when it was finally completed.

What windows they cleaned, the job was done well.

Bought service, attempted to schedule, but no response. Only responded after negative review. Demanded I change my review before completing the work, which I refused to do. He then said he would not perform the services he was paid for. I would encourage you not to deal with this guy. Unless you are willing to give money away with no benefit.

I don't remember all the details because it has taken me a while to fill this out. I bought a big deal and had to wait about 8 weeks to get the job done due to its popularity. It always cost me more when doing a big deal but I guess thats the nature of the big deal. Gives comapny exposure and the deal always seems to not be quite enough. The 4 or 5 extra windows almost cost as much as the deal itself. That having been said Brightview services did what they said they would do. Were there when they said they would be there and the widnows looked great. I recently had another service do my windows because they were in the neighborhood and was really disappointed. I would have Brightview do the work next time but would have to wait for another big deal.

See above. The guys were so efficient, and didn't disturb me at all while the job was being done.

The Brightview team arrived on time and they were ready to go to work. They told me what they were going to do and what the exact price would be for the work. They washed the windows of the first floor of my house and cleaned the window screens, too. They power washed the brick on one side of my house. They washed all the way up to the second story to remove stains which were formed from the moisture. They power washed the patio area, too. They showed me their work when it was completed to make sure that I approved and to see if they needed to do anything else. I was pleased with their work. I would have them do work again.

My windows and screens were filthy because of ongoing house construction where I lived. Hector and his assistant came on time and started working right away. Hector did the windows inside and his assistant did the windows outside. Because my screens also needed cleaning, I added that to the window cleaning. They really cleaned the windows and screens very well and completed the work quickly. I definitely plan to use them again in the future..

They did an excellent job; very fast and efficient

Hector & his helper did an excellent job cleaning the windows on our two story home. They wore shoe booties in the house and kept their equipment tidy. I was amazed at the difference! I am about to book my fall window cleaning.

overall...below average workmanship, performance, courtesy, a professionalism. The gentleman leading the crew major objective appeared to be "hurry up and finish this job in order to get to the next". I will have to say, he only had one helper who appeared to be in on the job training mode, the work leader was too busy to stop and train him. All in all...an average job.

Show up on time... were very friendly... did the work as promised... and were very quick and professional while at my home.
