Purchased Angie's list deal. Read reviews and did notice on these reviews they charged per window pain. Figured it was still a good deal. Scheduled service. Got a call day of service that truck broke down and he would call next day to reschedule. Waited a few days and no call. Had to call them to rescheduled. Showed up second time on time. I wanted just upper windows cleaned but was told the deal was 15 upper and 15 lower. Would cost more to do upper. Paid $60 more since they were there but thought deal was a little misleading.

It was pretty good. The first time I scheduled, he couldn’t come because of personal issues. The second time, he was very punctual. I had more windows than listed on the deal, so I had to purchase another deal. He cleaned approximately 30 of the smaller ones.

Hector called off the first appointment at the last minute saying his vehichle broke down He rescheduled it for Saturday. He called again off at the last minute saying it was raining at his location. It was not raining at my location, but he said he cannot service and he said he could reschedule it by a week. I declined, because the whole approach to servicing the customer was highly unprofessional.

I called the provider multiple times since he did not call me to set up an appt. The service was purchased on March 13, 2014. Fiinally on the 5th phone call I was able to get a return phone call but unable to answer due to being on the other line. I called again and on the 7th phone call I was able to get with 'Hector' and schedule a cleaning for Friday 12 Sept, 2014 to start between the hours of 1100 and 1300. Upon arrival they took 40 minutes to complete the cleaning of 30 outside windows. Not sure why they could not come earlier than 1100, that is an issue but they did a good job upon arrival. I do have animals, dogs, and was asked to clean up before they put their ladders down to insure the ladders did not land in any doggie bombs....thought this was a little strange as this could easily be cleaned off with a hose or the ladder put in a spot that didnt have any droppings. It was not like they covered the yard as they had just been cleaned up the weekend prior. Working outside there are all kinds of things that ladders or tools get into, not just doggee droppings but cats do the same, or the mud from watering/rain, just seemed like a really strange request to clean up the yard at that time...... Neither here nor there as the 30 outside windows were cleaned wihtout the three upstairs windows.

It was fine and we have used them before. I felt they were not quite forthcoming about what the service covered. Their truck broke down and we had to find another time to reschedule the service. They got the job done in about one hour.

They were excellent; they showed up on time. The screens were additional and reasonably priced. They had a crew of two to take care of everything. They were able to schedule me in, and it definitely seemed like they had planned the help correctly so they could schedule everyone in a timely manner. They were very consistently professional about the quality of their work throughout the job. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

The service went well. The staff did a good job. We had to reschedule our first appointment because they got a flat tire, but they did call to let me know and were able to reschedule for the next day. They called me almost immediately after purchasing the deal to schedule the appointment. I liked how responsive they were. Two technicians came out and were very courteous. They were very efficient workers. I paid a small additional fee to have some additional square footage pressure washed.

No pretreat done by Brighview, thus the surfaces really doesn't look any different than before. Amounts to $150 washing of the dirt and grime off the driveway. Was done in about 45 minutes.

The service went well. The staff was on time and did a great job. They cleaned only the outside of the windows. I paid an additional fee to have them clean all of my windows. I thought the additional fee was reasonable. Two people came out for the job and completed the job n about 2 hours. They were very friendly and respectful of the property. I had no problem scheduling the service.

They were very professional and courteous. They asked me to check each window before they left, which we did. I was very happy with the service and will be using them again next year.

Communication - terrible. I called THEM to confirm appointment only to learn up their truck was broken... They could have come same day but much later than expected. Worked out that they came next day. Deal was for 30 panes of glass and they were picky about what consisted as a pane- huge window counted as two but small garage windows counted as 7 (they were small) normal double windows counted as four.... Just seemed nit-picky.

That turned out good. They did the exterior window cleaning on 20 windows. I think 2 employees came out to do the service.

It rained on our schduled service and provider was never able to reschedule.

The vendor called at the time he was supposed to arrive to inform us that his "truck was broke down" and was not going to be able to do the window cleaning. Since we have a large family contingent coming in a few days we wanted a particular window cleaned since it is quite high, large and we would have been unable to reach it with our ladder. Since we had to schedule him a couple of weeks ago there was not going to be enough time for him to reschedule us before the group arrives.

The experience was very positive! They arrived right on time, and did a great job a lot faster than we could have imagined. The windows sparkled! The gentleman was very courteous and patient with us. They did not leave anything behind expect very clean windows! Would use them again absolutely and recommend to anyone needing the job done.

Service was performed well and on time. I would use them again.

I thought the advertisement was a little misleading. It is window panes, not windows. They wanted $81 more than the Big Deal was for.

The add was misleading and said the service was for 20 windows but really its for 20 window panes regardless of size. Any extra panes were $6.50 each.

I called and was put on hold for 10-15 minutes. If they're that busy I don't think I want the deal.

They arrived on time, did a good job & polite.

Great experience; the two men did an awesome job and provided the entire of the cost of the job prior to starting. What a purchaser does need to know is that the business' interpretation of 1 window was different than mine. My windows have an upper pane and a lower pane which means 4 window panes to them. So be prepared to spend more if you have lots of windows like I do; they did include a couple of doors for free.

They did a good job but the add was a little misleading. The work was done well though.

After this purchase, I felt uncomfortable when the company called to make an appointment and could not tell me the amount of service charge I would be assessed due to the fact the windows to be cleaned (inside or out, my choice) are in an upstairs condo. This seemed a bit strange for a total of eight windows. I called another company - paid one rate(quoted over the phone) with no extras for both inside/outside and screen cleaning. Perfect!

This is the second time we have used Brightview. Two workers came--one cleaned outside while other cleaned inside. Since we wanted the screens cleaned, and because we had additional windows, we paid more than the $99.00 special deal price. It was well worth it--they do an excellent job. Windows and screens were very dirty--they are now sparkling! We plan to continue to use their services in the future.

Fine ... I'd recommend this company and use them again myself.
