Great, he finished the widows in a timely fashion and did a good job-

While he arrived after the scheduled time frame, he called to inform us that he was running behind during the scheduled arrival time. We appreciated the courtesy. His work was outstanding and we will definitely utilize his services in the future. The interior cleaning and the window screen cleaning were extra, but the prices for each was very reasonable. The Angie's List coupon ($65) was for exterior window cleaning work for 15 windows. We had 16.

Service was performed as promised. They were unable to clean 2 windows, as their equipment could not reach them, but other than that, everything went according to plan. Note - we were not surprised they could not reach the 2 windows they did not clean - they are very inaccessible. Overall, we were very pleased.

All went well - no problems.

They arrived late in the evening after calling and telling me they were running late. The sun had set by the time the one worker had finished so I could not judge the quality of the work. The next morning I could tell that the job was not done well. I would not use them again. I was their last stop and perhaps he was tired.

I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, December 20th, and they gave me a window of time to expect them. Shortly after that window they called me saying they would not be able to make because it was too windy and they wouldn't be able to do a good job on my windows. We rescheduled for today, 12/27, and was given another window which had to be rescheduled for later in the day. When they did arrive I was told that they wouldn't be able to do a good job again, due to weather, and he wanted to charge me extra for four extra windows, even though we were under the 20 window limit. At that point I decided that I would rather not work with this vendor, but find someone else. I am getting a refund on the Deal from Angie's List.

Overall experience was great - I will use these guys again.

Workers arrived on time and completed work in a reasonable amount of time. Work was excellent.

I told the story in the above box. I want a refund. I got terrible service and no clean windows. This service provider could have had a back up plan and could have done my windows sometime before Christmas but he just bailed out. A waste of my time.

The crew was verty professional and did an excellent job.

A crew of two very quiet individuals showed up and went right to work with very few formalities/pleasantries - I'd classify that as a cold introduction! They cleaned the windows quickly (less than 30 minutes for 3 very large, Texas-sized windows), and crushed our philadendron with their ladder without even telling us or admitting to it. The windows face south, so it's very evident if they're clean or not on a sunny day. They were not as clean as I would expect a professional window cleaning service to accomplish, but perhaps that's what you get for $69. With their sub-par results and sub-par customer relations, I don't plan to call them again!

They were late due to truck problems and did not call to inform me. Did apologize when i called and again when they got here. Overall service was very good.

Overall I was satisfied. But was surprised that divided window were counted as two (or more). Discussed extra cost for more windows and if screens were to be cleaned also. Opted for only the windows. Job performed satisfactorialy.

It went well overall though it seemed I was not given a lot of options regarding time of day they could come. Not sure if they reserved earlier times for customers not using a coupon. That was the only negative of the whole experience. They were prompt, professional and did a nice job.

Very well. I wasn't home when the service occurred and thought we had been overcharged (my husband wrote check). I called, got voice mail, left message, and received a return call within 10 minutes explaining bill. We had more windows than the "coupon stated" which was true and correct. Very nice in explaining, very prompt, very professional. Very good value for excellent service.

I purchased Brightview's services on an Angie's List Special deal, after viewing reviews. I was hoping they could come before Christmas, but they were booked, so I made an appointment for some time in January. It was raining the day before the appointment, with more rain expected, so a Brightview rep called to tell me they would have to reschedule, as there was no point in cleaning when it was raining. I was disappointed, but it made sense, so we resceduled for a few weeks later. The crew arrived on time. They were polite - friendly but professional - and they got to work right away. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. We have two glass sliding doors and they sparkled when the crew finished cleaning them. There was some cloudiness in a small section of one bedroom window which could not be removed, because those are fixed double-pane windows, but that was explained to us, so we had not problem with it. The work was completed in about an hour. The cleaning was thorough and the results were pleasing. We have recommended Brightview to others, and would use their services again.

They came as scheduled, and did a nice thorough job on all the windows. It took them longer than expected, but they finished the work and cleaned up nicely. Would definitely hire them again.

about half of our windows have panes within the windows so brightview doesn't consider them as standard so they wanted additional money to watch those windows. When my wife was told she had to pay more she didn't pay so they only cleaned the windows without individual panes.

They worked hard but they tried to sell me stuff at the end.

Brightview services did an amazing job! Hector was polite, and very easy to reach. The job before ran a bit late, but he called me several times to let me know that, and to inform me when they would arrive. They did an excellent job, too. My winodws actually sparkle!!

They came and cleaned 17 windows . They did forget two windows but overall they did a great job and would use them again.

I called to get the big deal on window cleaning. The only thing I didn't realize up front is I had to remove the screens myself. It wasn't that big of a deal though. They showed up on time and did a good job.

I was very pleased with their work and all windows were cleaned, as well as the screens removed and tracks cleaned. It had been several years since I had had this done so all were extremely dirty and needed a lot of attention. They did a great job and I will have them come and clean my windows inside and out again next spring. Yes, I obviously will recommend them to anyone.
