Brightview Services

I had bought 2 of the Brightview "Deals" for the cleaning of the exterior of 15 windows making a total of 30 windows. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that I could use only one of the coupons for my residence that in the "fine print" it stated that only one coupon could be used per residence. I gave the other to my son and his wife. When the men arrived to wash my windows, I got an estimate for washing all the windows in my house and at that time learned that my large picture windows counted as 2. I had them do a total of 30 windows, less than half of my home, so the entire front of the house was done. I washed the inside of the windows they washed while they washed the outside. After they left I found a couple of water spots but nothing major not done. I think that in the future, I would prefer to deal with a company that will wash both inside and outside.

I was very pleased with the service we received from Brightview Services. I bought an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for $65 to wash the exteriors of 15 windows. Having called several other window washing companies for pricing, I knew this was a great deal. Hector was prompt in returning my phone call for scheduling and they arrived right on time the day of the appointment. He called me about an hour before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. We walked around the house and discussed which windows to clean and Hector and one other gentleman got to work. They did a great job on the windows. I read that several other Angie's List members were not pleased with the service, or that Brightview tried to sell them other products or services, but this was not my experience. Hector only did what I asked him to do, was very professional and courteous, and was done very quickly. I would use Brightview Services again and would recommend them to anyone needing window cleaning at a great price.

We had to reschedule because of weather and they were very accomodating to my available time. The team arrived promptly, with the written agreed-upon proposal.. They removed, washed and replaced all the solar screens (12), washed all the exterior windows (18) and cleaned off the driveway where soapy water accumulated. i was pleased the the care they took in cleaning the windows and the screens. I will definitely call them for the next cleaning.

They came yesterday to wash the exterior windows. Instead of wiping them dry, they just let the dripping water dry on it's own. When I look out the windows now you can see all the water marks like they didn't squeegy them dry. You don't expect to see all the water marks from the work. I called last night to let them know right away, and I haven't heard back from them.

It went well. I purchased additional services at their visit. Do think about what additional services you might want, to save an additional service call.

We have a lot of windows, some with eyebrows, as well as the glass blocks over the soaking tub in the bathroom. This is the second time we used Brightview Services. They do a great job of window cleaning. They are thorough and quite speedy. They did all windows on the second story that they were able to reach. (Some were simply to precarious for them to get to.) Great Job!

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for window cleaning services. Service was scheduled for Nov 15, 2012. Unfortunately when they arrived at my house, the water supply to my home was turned off due to work being done in a nearby community. Sevrice was rescheduled for Dec 4th. When they arrived, I then decided to upgrade the service to clean all of the windows in my home, including the screens (i.e. they successfully upsold me). The job was now much bigger (30+ windows), so we rescheduled again to allow for more time. Before the next scheduled service, I decided to wait until spring to have my windows cleaned since it was winter and it didn't make sense to clean the windows when spring was only a few months away. Brightview Services decided not to honor the $65 coupon for future services. I informed them that they could keep the $65 and I wouldn't need their services any longer. I understand that they spent two trips to my home which was, in thier view, "a waste of time"; but they had an upsell for much more money and possibly a long-term customer. For $65, Brightview Services potentially lost a lot of business and money. It's unfortunate that they didn't have the foresight to recognized this.

Provider was very prompt and professional. Called an hour before arrival to make sure appontment did not have to be resheduled and arrived on schedule. I was Very satisfied with the work and the manner in which it was done. I live in a two story home and had more windows than was actually covered by the voucher so I omitted some that I could do myself and paid for the three extra windows and the inside of a large window over the door that I could not access myself. I thought the cost for the extra windows was very acceptable. I also asked about pressure washing our fense. Hector provided me an esitmate on the spot and followed up with an email estimate. I would use them again

It was a very good experience. There were two men who came and evaluated my home. There was a small extra charge because I had more windows than the special. It was very reasonable. They went right to work and were careful on my porch. I am very pleased and would definitely call them again.

Purchased the big deal coupon. the fine print on the types of windows cleaned without an extra charge was not very clear. It did cover up to 20 windows. I had 13 windows.(only 5 what they call standard windows). Had to call several times to get my appointment. During that phone the person was very cold, but did explain what windows were covered. Took several phone calls and calls never returned to get an appointment. They did call before they came. gave me a quote I agreeded to. Stated they would be done in about one hour. My son was home, but I forgot to leave the money. Was about to leave work 45 minutes later, when I got a phone call that they were done. Explained that I was on my way home. and would be there in about 15 minutes. Hector's attitude changed and said what am I suppose to do wait for you. Stated he could wait till I arrived or bill me. He was not pleased with my response, but stated he would wait. I arrived to the house 16 minutes later. I know this because he shoved a timer in my face, and stated this was how long they had to wait and I was to pay them for them waiting. Then used a demeaning tone and said I don't know what you were was doing, or even if you were at work, but I don't care. His attitude was very rude and hostile. His approach could have been alot better. I became very angry at his treatment toward me. I yelled at him, that I was not was not going to pay the extra charge, they could have left and sent me a bill. The hostility beween us grew and rude behavior by both of us continued. He continued to demand the extra charge, and stating he was charging me more because of the time we spent arguing. And I stating that I was not going to pay. I paid for the cleaning and tax by cash. and he finally left. He could have left at any time, but continued to escalate the situation. I have never been treated so unprofessionaly in my life. The windows were streak free, but there still was debris,calcium deposits on the windows, and the corners were not cleaned well. Sure there was an extra charge to clean that. I did receive a bill in the mail weeks later for balance due. I did email them, but of course noboby has responded. There was no excuse for my behavior and I apologize. I wonder what their response will be. Can they admit the situation should have been handled differently, and that his behavior was also unexeptable, or will excuses be used.

We had All exterior windows cleaned.

Although the original service had to be postphoned twice due to inclement weather, they did show up punctually on the appointed day. - They did a good job of accessing the second floor windows on our house without damaging the hedges in front of our house or hurting the house. - The two men were very industrious and very careful handling the large ladders they needed to acces the second floor, the screens, and the windows. - They did a good job.

Overall, the window cleaning was adequate. I had to remove all screens prior to the service being performed.

Purchased a Big Deal from Angies list for Window Cleaning. After receiving coupon from Angies list, my wife contacted company to schedule cleaning. They could not fit us into their schedule for two months. We felt this was unacceptable and complaint to Angies list. Angies list refunded our Big Deal purchase price.

The team did a great job on our windows. I'd definitely use them again.

I have been trying to get ahold of this business to schedule an appointment to do the work. I called last week and left a message. I have not heard back from them. I called today and was put on hold and the call disconnected after waiting for several minutes. I have contacted Angie's List to get in touch with them and help schedule, but if I don't hear back from this company then I will get a refund.

They did a good job and the work was fine, they were very prompt as well. They were also professional.

The gentelman came to my house and checked and counted my windows. He asked if I wanted the screens washed, which would be an added cost. The windows were washed.

Over all it was a very satisfactory job and I will call on him again to do it

Bought a voucher for our windows to be cleaned. Didn't think their service was worth the money spent on the voucher, as I had to reclean some of the windows they worked on. Not satisfied.

Returned call to schedule promptly, arrived as scheduled. Completed job within one hour with minimum fuss. Friendly, professional, and helpful! Will certainly call again.

Read all the print before you buy any big deal and call the company before you purchase. The windows were cleaned nicely, but I was surprised by the fee. I paid it because I thought that why have them clean only the lower windows and the upper would still be dirty. They were polite, but the whole job took longer than first anticipated.
