Brightview Services did a great job. The only concern I had was I have many double windows and he counted those as two windows, not one. I was allowed fifteen windows in the deal I purchased. He counted twenty five windows since most are doubles. I had him clean all of the second floor windows and what was left of my allotted fifteen on the main floor. I cleaned the rest myself. They were very polite and cleaned up nicely when finished. Their punctuality and professionalism was excellent. I would use them in the future.

Purchased a Big deal for Brightview Services. The service was fine. The problem was they took the screens out to clean windows and then put dirty screen back in. I had to pay extra to have screens cleaned. It wasn't clear on the deal with a cleaning 2 story home either. I had bought 2 $99.00 deals that I thought would cover it all but I had to pay $175.00 extra. They didn't clean all the windows, I have a awning that they could walk on but they wouldn't.

that date. I called my providor to clarify whether unanswered calls leaving messages were reflected on my bill and was told that they were. I called Hector back to inform him that there were no calls from his business on my phone bill(and to see if maybe they call from a different number) and again he proceeded to argue. Finally I just asked to cancel my appointment because I found this Hector to be so unprofessional that I don't want to deal with Brightview Services. He told me that I still had to pay the "changing service fee". I found this absolutely unbelievable and ended the phone call immediately. What a headache! All I wanted was clean windows to let the sun shine in! mUnfortunately this has really impacted my impression of Angie's List and I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription. I will have to return to my old method of getting service recommendations from friends. My one other experience with Angie's List was wonderful and I will use them again but this has been so regrettable that I fear a repeat in the future. P.S. Looking at the website it appears that Hector is the owner and proprietor....even more reason to not deal with this company.

2 man team arrived on time and were very professional and polite. Overall my experience was great I was not happy with the up-charge to clean my screens. I felt $3.00 extra for each screen was one of those "hidden" charges. Also I have a back door with 9 small panes and was charged extra for cleaning each pane. Although, they did advise me of the extra charges prior to starting the service, I felt to do a thorough job that I needed the screens and back door windowpanes to be cleaned as well. Even though in the description of services provided when purchased it clearly stated " Window sills and screens will also be wiped clean." Why would I need to pay an additional charge if the screens were to be "wiped clean"? This deal included up to 20 windows for a 1 story home for $99.00 (regularly $200.00) I was only $48.00 from there regular price! My home is a one story and has 13 windows. I felt if they would do 20 windows why charge me more for a half french door? My windows looked great and I was happy with the results. However, I was not happy having to pay the additional charges.

Brightview performed an excellent job at a good price. We highly recommended and would use again. They were very professional, responsive and arrived on time.

Honestly I don't remember a thing about this guy (it's been two years, and I don't even live in Texas anymore.) But if I don't write this review, it seems Angie's List is going to throw pop-ups at me forever asking for one. How's this? I don't remember ever feeling cheated by a window cleaning company, so he must have been at least adequate. Angie's List, on the other hand, is starting to p*** me off.

The work was done as scheduled for a two story home.

The cleaning went very well. The were punctual and completed the task very efficiently and professionally. They are a very good company.

Bought Big Deal for 20 exterior window cleaning. We have used this company several times and they do an excellent job!

They completed cleaning of all windows (15) in a timely manner, and did a good job.

From start to finish, Hector was a pleasure to deal with. He was courteous on the phone in making the apt. He arrived within the 2 hour time limit given and did a great job. I would definitely have him come again when our windows need it.

Great - they came by the house and cleaned the windows. We had to pay extra because we have many windows and a very large from entry window.

Came late. Windows look fine until sun shines through them. VERY STREAKY. I now have to rewash some of them to get rid of streaks.

I called the service and had difficulty scheduling someone to come out. They have standing daily appointments from 8-10:00 and said they could come after that but couldn't promise an actual time to come. I am a full time health care professional and have only a 1/2 day off and need to be back at work at 12:00 in the afternoon. The person who spoke with me stated, "With all due respect, ma'am, if you only have a 1/2 day off, then you shouldn't have purchased the deal." I called Angie's List and requested a refund, which was honored.

The didn't go above and beyond, but they were solid. The did exactly what they were suppose to

Had to take all screens off prior to the appointment and put them back on after they were done. The windows were clean when they were done and they were pretty quick.

I have bought 4 Big Deals from Hector, and they have all went so well. I can always count on him. He does great work, and I will continue to use him.

I am in a wheelchair and explained I couldn't remove the screens as the deal stated. I spoke with Hector and asked if they damaged the screen would they be responsible for fixing it. He stated they were bonded and insured but never answered my question. They could do great work but couldn't answer my questions

It went well. Hector and crew were very professional.

They do not clean windows that have bars on them & all of mine do. I was not able to use their service.

He wasn't able to wash the kind of window that I had. I felt like the advertisement was misleading.
