They did a fair job. Afte rthe sun came out later in the day, you could see all kinds of streaks on the windows. Also, the sills were still full of dirt and muck. Overall, just barely average work.

Said it was too far to come do the service. He said he wasnt making enough money to do that. I thought that was poor customer service.

That wasn't particularly positive. Several things I recall about them; that I was given a time window like kind of from one to four where they would show up. And they showed up like a minute or two after the three hour window which was kind of annoying to start with and then the person who was servicing it did the windows. The deal was to have windows cleaned on a one or two storey home. If you had two storey it was less windows and if you had a one storey it was more windows. Well, we have like a one and a half storey and didn't need windows cleaned on the second storey. It is not even half of storey, it is like a quarter of a storey on top of our house in the center and I didn't want to get the windows cleaned. So I just wanted them to do the downstairs and we have a lot of windows. So I was trying to just let them do one storey and you get more windows with one storey then with two you have to pluck up ladders whatever the storey is. So he looked at the house, so this is a two storey house and so he limited me to a two storey number of windows I could get all. I wasn't interested in getting those windows cleaned at all anyway so wind up getting less windows cleaned. Then I had to sort of pick which ones I wanted as opposed to the ones I was expecting was going to cover the whole thing. And he is just one of those people whose manner is very kind of very rude. Anyway the whole thing was done in kind of like 8 minutes. It was unbelievable so I literally waited, again those three hour window that you kind of get when you are meeting contractors and the guy shows up like quite a minute after the window is over and then the whole service takes him about literally 8 minutes. It was something I was stupefied and I didn't get what I really wanted out of it. So that was not a pleasant experience.

I was impressed with the level of service and quality of the work done. Our house has a lot of windows, and it was no easy task to clean them all. The guys did a great job. I would highly recommend them. As a matter of fact, I have purchased another service deal to use them thru Angies List.

He refused to service my area unless I paid him a $25 fuel charge. This was not stated in the coupon and I would not have gotten it if it did. He says that he only services San Antonio and insisted that St. Hedwig wasn't in San Antonio. In his profile he mentions every city surrounding the San Antonio area including St. Hedwig and as far east as Sequin, service area as far north as Fair Oaks Ranch and no where does he mention a fuel charge. Well St. Hedwig is in the SA. proper and I do pay SA. taxes. This provider cherry picks his areas and gets his $25 fuel charges from people that have no idea that they don't have to pay it if he doesn.t state it in his profile. I would NOT USE HIS SERVICES EVER.

They did an okay job cleaning most of the windows. However when cleaning the upstairs windows, they were not very careful. When removing the three sliding windows upstairs they nicked the window sill on each one. And there was one upstairs window that they could not clean the outside of at all because they did not bring the correct footwear. They did deduct for that window from the total price, but it was still not cleaned. I think it is very unprofessional to leave a project unfinished. I will not engage their services again.

They came and cleaned all the windows. They were fast and professional. I was pleased with their work

The two window washers were prompt and professional. They cleaned the windows that I designated and cleaned them well. While I appreciated the choices of removing the screens myself...cleaning the inside as well as the outside...I would have preferred a full service price. The price for doing 15 windows--as indicated in the coupon--rose dramatically when such things as removing the screens to clean the window or doing the inside as well as the outside was computed.

They appeared on time. We discussed exactly what I needed to be done the cost of the job. They did exactly what I asked and when I saw how great the windows looked, I asked them to add in another and they did that one too. Overall, it was a good experience and I would have them come back again.

Everything went fine. I would use them again. They cleaned the exterior windows.

The service was okay. It ended up being more expensive than I thought it would be. They charge per window pane and not per window. We had some smaller windows with a number of panes which caused the cost to be much higher than I had anticipated.

The window cleaning was part of a "deal" I had purchased through Angie's List. When I called for an appointment I was told I had to remove all the screens prior to the tech arriving. When the tech arrived, I showed him where all the windows were around the house. I knew I would have to pay more for any extra windows. What I did not expect was the tech to start complaining about the extra windows or the fact that some were on the second floor. I was told that the tech might not be able to clean some of them, because he wasn't comfortable from a safety standpoint, cleaning them. This was the first time I had ever had a "window cleaning" company tell me this. Prior to and since, window cleaning company employees have been able to safely, without complaint, clean all second floor windows. Also, the cost was only for exterior windows. For me, this was not a good value. For the price I paid to Brightview, other window cleaning companies have done all the interior/exterior windows, removed/dusted/replaced the screens and cleaned the sills. I would not recommend or use this provider again.

It was okay, but I was a little disappointed about their definition of what a window is. I have an older home and so each of my windows has like a divider across the middle of it, so I would consider it to be one window. But, they did not tell this till quite late, and so when they counted up; I live in a very small house it was like a 1400 ft.² ranch. I mean it is not, it is one-storey and pretty small. I don't have that many 'windows' so it was supposed to be a 20 windows, which I thought would be more than sufficient. When they got there they said that, each of my windows towards the top part has a divider and then the bottom part has a divider so each one was 4 Windows. Yeah, so I kind of wished that they had listed it based on like the size of your window, maybe I think that would have been a little more equitable. They said they told me, how many of my windows they could do, which basically covered the front of my house and one window on the side. To do the other side and the back it would have been an additional $ 200. So I just said no, I mean I just had them do what they said they could do and they did a very nice job with it. They were clean, I took the screens off because they said the screens couldn't be on, so that was fine I knew that I was fine. So the screens were off and they also took an additional $ 40 that they would scrub the screens for me and I did pay for that and that was definitely worth the money. But I was just a little disappointed with, I guess the marketing or whatever it was. And not so much for the services itself you know what I mean.

I purchased it first with the understanding of the fine print. I told him that I understand that if the windows did come off their would be an extra charge. I didn't need my whole house cleaned and he told me that I had to remove the screens. I have four storm windows and he wanted to charge $50 extra a piece. That is $200 extra. The pane glass windows he wanted to charge $7 extra. This would of been for the inside and that would of been an extra $70. He wasn't making any sense to me. I was trying to negotiate with him to not take advantage of his services, but try to understand what I could do with the $75 big deal. The price he quoted me was more than triple of what I paid for. I feel like he uses this as a scam. That he could talk me into extra services to be done. My mother and I can not lift windows. I purchased it as a birthday gift and I now have company coming this Monday. He really just acted like he was too busy to help anyone. He had no patience in trying to help me figure out how I could get my work done for $75 and be satisfied. He was rude and before we hung up he said "Thanks for wasting my time". I just told him that I am just going to have to get my refund. He said that basically I am wanting the work for free. I just wanted to remind him that I purchased this through Angie's List and his attitude would be reflected in my review. He was not willing to provide customer service to help me with my big deal purchase.

They did a nice job although they did forget to put one screen back on and their ladder placement bent the metal edging on a garden bed in one place. It was a tricky spot to work in.

It went very well. Owner was friendly and cane out as soon as possible he was quick did a great job. Would recommend to family and friends.

They were very professionally, courteous, and easy to deal with. They did their work very quickly, but very good.

Nice job overall. Both workers were very professional and performed the service quickly. No "upsell" of unnecessary services (in fact, the estimator "bundled" several adjacent windows to avoid additional charges).

Had to wait a very long time to get this done. I understand they were busy from the Big Deal, but the wait seemed excessively long. Once they were here, tho, they did a good job.

The workers arrived on time, very little talking between the two workers; very fast and efficient in getting the job done. They also cleaned our front and back glass exterior doors, which I didn't think to request it. We were so amazed at how crystal clear our windows looked! The workers asked us to walk around and check all the windows to ensure we were satisfied with the job before being paid. We are very impressed with a "job well done". We highly recommend Brightview. They were very professional and courteous.

The vendor was very helpful by allowing me to make an appointment honoring my coupon after the date since he had no available times prior to the expiration when I called. They did a good job on the windows they cleaned; the only thing that would have been better is if they offered screen cleaning as well since the screens had to be removed anyway.
