I had a leak in roof, called the office who took my complaint. I got a call from the technician immediately, who is tge boss. He was polite and sent a technician within 30 min. The tech was nice, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, did a great job. Very much satisfied. Will surely recommend them. Thanks

I called Bravo after trying to schedule an appointment with my previous ac service provider and couldn't get appointment for 5 days. Bravo had someone out within 3 hours! Great experience. Will definitely recommend and use in future

I like the honesty and integrity of the gentleman who comes out. He is on time or calls if he's going to be late. Comparing his price to others I've used is so much better. There isn't any 'bait and switch' tactics. They get the job done well and give me options on various systems that may be better. There isn't any pressure. He takes his time and is very thorough.

Everything went good.

Bravo A/C was very fast to get my A/C working quickly. It was a simple capacitor and the technician was able to diagnose the issue quickly and replaced it at a reasonable price. I also had 2 rental properties where the A/C wasn't working and Bravo coordinated with my tenants and fixed the problem. They recommended that I replace one of the systems in a rental due to age and I want ahead and replaced it with Bravo. They were extremely fast and did an excellent job! The price was very reasonable and they were very courteous to the tenant. Overall I am very very pleased with Bravo and i will use them for all of my A/C needs going forward.

I thought they were excellent. The few things that impressed me were that they are a small private firm and the headman is very much involved with all the work. He was the one that came out to the house. He made a recommendation which I appreciated; other people would give me five different possibilities but not tell me which one would work best. He, personally, was there and one thing that I noticed during the time that he was here was that he was on time. There was a terrible cold at that time, but they stayed together and got it done. It should have been done in a day and a half, but it took two and a half days just because the weather was so bad. And he just came back last week just to check it all out to make sure that everything was alright. He took the initiative to fill in all the papers that gives me a rebate. He took it down and committed it to the people that pay the bills. He said that I would have two or three bills that would be zero because I was going to get about $1000 out of this. So he did it so that I didn’t have to do it. He was just an excellent, excellent person and I was so excited about it.

It was really good. No problems.

He did everything he promised. The price was fair. The install went as planned and he even upgraded the system at no extra charge. I appreciate the the did not try to sell us the largest system but rather one suited for the size of the house.

He was very professional, showed up a few minutes early, and was courteous.

My heating system at my home was not heating. I called another HVAC company who had installed the unit a couple of years before. They sent someone out a couple of times but the unit was still not heating. They were not sure what to do. Since Bravo Air had successfully diagnosed and corrected issues at our office in the past I contacted Bravo Air. Since we were without heat they sent someone out right away. He diagnosed the issue and recommended we have the company who installed the system do the work. Although we asked to pay him for his services he just asked that we use them in the future, probably because we use them at work. I very highly recommend Bravo Air. They were punctual and their expertise was just what we needed. Thank you Bravo

My air conditioner sounded like it was leaking and noticed some water draining from a pipe outlet that leads to the outside of my house. I called the provider and my call was returned almost immediately. The provider came out that afternoon even though it was later in the evening and I had told him it would be ok to come the next day. The provider worked on my air conditioner and explained the problem in detail to me. I have used this provider in the past and have always had the same experience of professionalism and punctuality as well as the most reasonable prices. I actually had this provider install my new air conditioner approximately 1.5 years ago and he beat all competitors by at least 1000.00 dollars with is prices. I am so glad that I have found somebody in this industry that actually cares about his clients, is fair with his prices, and is an obvious expert at his job!!!

Great! I have used Bravo for some time and have never experienced anything but professional and knowledgeable service. If I forget to call for an appointment for maintenance, I don't have to worry; Bravo keeps your schedule for you and will call with a courtesy reminder that it's time.

What a relief! Finally an A/C company with integrity, punctuality and fair prices. They were at my residence exactly when they said they would. He put down a mat and booties to not trample through the house. He spent considerable time on each unit. First time anyone has actually vacuumed around the units. Polite - did have a bad circuit board on one unit. He showed me how he knows. He asked me if I wanted it fast or if he should shop around for best pricing. I am in no hurry so he will be back. The technician was patient, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy! Good stuff! Highly recommend!

Our AC was not holding at the desired temperature that we wanted. It was over 100 degrees outside and our AC could only reach 82degrees. I called Jorge from Bravo, he was the technician who installed our entire AC unit and all the components a few years back. He was very responsive and set an appointment for the next day between 8-10. He wanted the specific details of what was occurring with our AC. He looked up our file and called me back to assure that we had the extended warranty and all we needed to pay was the 45.00. He called when he was on the way, he was on time. Jorge has always been very professional, courteous, and honest. He came out and ran tests on the AC unit, the thermostat, the attic, and all the coils. He was here for about 2 hours making sure that our AC unit was working properly. In the end, the unit needed about a pound of freon. He added freon and told us to keep an eye on the thermostat to make sure it was shutting off and coming back on at the right times. He called back a few days later to see if the AC unit was working properly.

I was expecting at the time- was full term in August. So I NEEDED the a/c done ASAP. Everything was perfect. Thank you again!

A/C unit was not working, Inside home thermostat reading 83 deg. It was blowing hot air. Call Bravo Air Condiitioning around 11 am and in les than one hour a Technician arrive, Inspect the unit found a defective part and replaced. My AC start working. He also check the refrigerant and performance of the unit. I ask him some questions about my A/C and he gladly answer all of them. Im very pleased whit this A/C company.

Jorge and Two and two of his workers in uniform show up next day around 9 am and start removing the old equipment ,clean the closet were the a/c goes and star installing the new equipment., They were very courteous and professional. They clean the existing cooper lines, explain how they pressurized the system to insure there are no leaks, and other technical details that they will make our system provide comfort for many years. We are very happy with Bravo Air Conditioning & Heating.The Quality of the Equipment, The Professional Installation and their price.
