+ 0 moreThey are very knowledgeable and then they tell you what needs to be done. They give you your options and then they also explain it to you and even show it to you what needs to be done but they don’t pressure you. If it’s not something that’s major to the vehicle, they don’t make you do it. They let you know what you need coming up. I think they are fairly priced. I’m not saying they are cheap but you get great service with their price. I recommend people to them. If he can’t do it, he sends you to one of his people that he knows who is just as good as him.
Description of Work: I used Braun Automotive to do my wife’s tires.

Friendly staff. Service completed quickly. I was given a range of part quality/cost options to choose from which I liked. I was also taken to the back to physically see the problem requiring a new rotor . I felt the prices overall were reasonable and I will use again
