carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreMy carpet was left saturated with water. After 2 hours when they said it would be dry, I vacuumed up 3 containers of filthy water using my 10 year old Hoover Steam Vac. I called and the tech came out the next day. He was to be here at 8:00 a.m. sharp but didn't show until nearly 11. Otherwise the tech was very professional and tried to remedy the situation. He cleaned and soaked up water nearly 3 hours - going over each room 3 times. However, same problem it just didn't dry. At this point the mat was wet and I was again forced to use the old Hoover Steam Vac to get the water out after 4 hours of the carpet not drying. Had I not done so I think I would have had mold problems. I think I've avoided that issue but would not use them again. I called the 1800 number the next day to report that the carpet was still damp and was told the manager would call me back and he still has not.
Description of Work: If this is the same company as Boss Services from the internet rated as Texas #1 carpet cleaning company 1 (800) 566-9814, then I do not recommend them. I had my carpet cleaned in 2 bedrooms, master bath and living room.

 + -1 moreThey were cost effective and detailed oriented, unlike every other outfit I contacted who wanted to charge upwards of $2000 for the same service.
Description of Work: They cleaned and sealed the tile.
