Carpet installed. Given the quote and agreement made to pay half up front and then half at closing. We paid half before carpet was installed. Then after the carpet is installed he starts sending text of all these add on fees. Spoke to him and he removed fees. He then submitted to the title company and invoice we did t receive and didn’t match our quote. We then start get nasty threatening text. Stated he was at the property and going after the buyers for the money and wasn’t going to be ripped off by us. Mind you the house was already sold and not ours any longer. We paid the extra to be done with him. Very unprofessional. Beware!

Quality work for a good price. I love my wood floors. The whole process went smoothly. I even added baseboards last minute. Bob is very knowledgeable about all the products. Thank you.

Bob Nichols Floors came recommended from my realtor. I contacted via email. Rob was responsive in getting a quote to me and worked around our remodel schedule. Got his guys in quickly. His team showed up on time and worked efficiently to move the furniture from room to room as they removed the old carpet & pad and installed new carpet & pad as we were selling our home. I would recommend Bob Nichols Floors and will use them in the future.

Bob gave us a great price for carpet, pad and installation. He and his crew drove up from San Antonio and worked over the week-end. He moved the heavy furniture and did an excellent job laying the carpet. He also had his crew nail down loose floor boards upstairs and now all the squeaks are gone. We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet, pad and workmanship. Bob is very accommodating and willing to work with his customers. I highly recommend him for your flooring needs.

I am VERY pleased with Bob Nichols Floors. Bob helped me pick out the flooring at his office, and his ideas were very helpful. The installers moved everything around in order to lay the flooring; I did not have to move everything out of the room as Home Depot and Lowe's were requiring. It was amazing watching the way they worked (at one point my microwave and refrigerator were plugged up in the living room). The tiles that I picked out turned out to be porcelain instead of the cheaper ceramic, but Bob did not alter his quote. Everyone was very professional, and Bob monitored the progress of his installers regularly. With 1500 square feet of flooring, there were only two very small holes where the grout bubbled, and Bob himself took care of the issue. My floors are beautiful and easy to maintain. I highly recommend Bob Nichols Floors.

It went fantastic. They showed up on time and got all of the work done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking great.

Juan was our installer and with his uncle, did an amazing job. He took extra care to make the floor perfect and when there was a problem, he was ready to make adjustments even if it took a little more time. Bob (the father of the owner at this time), was responsive to all our questions and gave great service and advice. He never seemed annoyed at our questions and responded to all texts/calls promptly. We have recommended him to several friends who have used their services and have been very happy (and the work is beautiful!).

They did an excellent job. They just did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it and I have no complaints about anything they did.

He's very interactive, he took a lot of effort on it, he had the job set up, and he visited us a number of times before we got started. He was effective and trustworthy.

Bob helped me find the exact flooring I wanted and gave me a great price for materials and labor. It was beautifully done and if there were any questions/issues, Bob was always available, helpful, very nice and made sure all was done right. I have to recommend a particular installer, Juan Ruiz, he is a true craftsman and was willing to do anything to make the project perfect. If you decide on Bob Nichols floors, ask for Juan and his uncle! They were awesome.
