John sprayed inside and outside house. Also treated the attic. He was very friendly and professional. Turns out he lives in my neighborhood. I will be using them again, provided I don't see any pests for awhile.

Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn Services did a great job. They were here on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

They gave me tips on how to find the source, and sprayed aerosol to kill them. They said I'd need a plumber to get rid of the source for good. I'm going to have them come out and do a preventative spray every few months.

Those guys are awesome. A's across the board. They come out annually. the thing that stands out about them is they have really nice guys that are professional. They use text messaging to confirm your appointment. They are on time. They have great front desk help.

I have been using them for several years. I also use them at my rental properties. They are very reliable and pleasant. They are friendly. The technicians do a great job and follow up where needed.

Noel was the technician who came to exterminate my condo, and he was very knowledgable and incredibly nice. He was very informative when answering my questions as well as providing suggestions for keeping my wasp problem under control. Ss it turns out, Noel was a little early which was a nice surprise! I would definitely ask Bob Jenkins back and ask to have Noel come back out.

Our yard looks so much better after one treatment!! It was easy to schedule the appointment and didn't take long at all. We are very happy.

They did a great Job and did exactly what they were supposed to do.

Al was the tech sent to my home to provide the service. He arrived a little before my scheduled appointment time, but I was tied up at work and couldn't get home in time to meet him. We made a few phone calls back and forth as I tried to get home before he had to leave for his next appointment. In the end, he had to spray the yards and was gone before I got home. However, the results in both lawns was awesome! Weeds had _seriously_ taken over in the back yard; but within 24-48 hours after Al had sprayed, I noticed that the weeds were dying out. The grass started coming up, and it still looks great (and green!) today. The last call that we made, Al even took the time to explain to me his assessment of the grass in my yards, which is one of the things I was going to ask about.

The technician arrived promptly as promised. The aeration went exactly as described, and I can already see improvement in the lawn.

They are extremely professional, punctual, polite and hard workers! The office staff was exceptional and wonderful on the phone. The guy who came out went straight to work! He worked the entire time and was very polite. My lawn looks better than it has ever looked before! It's very green and healthy looking. Thank you for the wonderful service Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn! They were exceptional, from start to finish! The office staff is great and the man who came out was just as wonderful. My lawn has never looked better! I will use them for everything now!

He was pretty good, a little expensive but good!

We had put down a whole new lawn of St. Augustine in 2011 when we hired Bob Jenkins to maintain the health of our new lawn. It looked fine for the first two years but then we had a steady decline in our lawn. We watered every week during the drought and hand watered to make sure problem spots got extra. We aerated and top dressed every year and as the decline began to show more and more, I brought it to the attention of our area tech and he said he would watch it. Well, we all watched the lawn thinned out and begin to die out. In 2014 I let it be known that if this lawn doesn't turn around in another few months we would terminate our service. The lawn just looks terrible. I get the feeling that Bob Jenkins fills up their truck container- tank with what ever they feel will do the best for most of the lawns in town and for those lawns that require something different....well, nothing is done, it is one lawn product fits all. I am going back to Rainbow Gardens and get what " MY" lawn needs, not just a generic mixture. I am not pleased. Bob Jenkins does fulfill its obligation to come out every two months...and I guess that is what we paid for. I feel we paid for nothing but HOPE that perhaps this is the year our lawn would repair itself....it never happened under Bob Jenkins.

They are awesome. They were punctual and came out when they said they would. They did what they said they would and worked within their quote.

Within 3-4 days I could hear the raccoon banging and rocking the trap. I called the provider, and the raccoon was picked up the same day. As it turned out, there was only one raccoon. The other trap was picked up about a week later to allow time to be certain there wasn't another one.

Good job, have used in the past with good results.

I found a better deal elsewhere. They were nice and polite over the telephone.

Sprayed the outside of the house since I did not know he was coming and he could not get inside. Would have been nice to know when he was coming so I could have given him entry to the inside of the house. They got rid of my pest problems so that is good.

They were on time and ready to go. Completed the composting in about an hour - we have a large backyard. Very well done and professional.

I am very happy with Bob Jenkins, and with Noel, the technician. He seemed very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me something i didn't need.

They were very prompt, returned my phone calls, very nice, and responsive. They found 1 skunk but set several traps just to be sure there were not more.
