Description of Work: We had bees invading our home and my husband is allergic to bees. They immediately came and assisted us. They were extremely professional. I recommend them highly and I signed up to be a regular customer for quarterly services

Description of Work: Bob Jenkins Lawn and Pest Control Service provided prompt, courteous, and professional service in our efforts to eradicate the summer critter invasion here in Bulverde. The technician was knowledgeable and provided helpful feedback for means to extend the benefits of their product. We appreciated the reminder call from the office the day prior and the prompt arrival of Bobby, our pest control tech. We are pleased to sign on for quarterly services with confidence in the honesty and reliability of Bob Jenkins' company services.

Description of Work: They did not show up for the first appointment so I called and they said my appointment had not been scheduled. I then had to reschedule it for 2 days later. They did show up the second time and sprayed both our front and back yards as well as our house. However after 3 days we were still noticing pest problems in our house and yard so we elected to go with another provider.

Description of Work: They applied fertilizer and weed control on our lawn. This was our 2nd application and the first application controlled our weeds really well. |We are pleased with the service. |

Description of Work: Removed multiple bee hives from large Live Oak tree. Bees had become very aggressive, attacking us when we tried to mow the yard. Gentleman did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Provider looked in attic. Put out bait. Came bac.k in 2 wks. and filled holes that led to attic (There were 4-6.) Rodents seem to be gone.

Description of Work: Called them out two weeks ago and rep was very nice and explained everything. Another rep came back yesterday and was just as nice and helpful. They are always on time and once early which is nice! Price is good and you can tell they have trained them to know how to talk to people. So many times I get companies coming out trying to sell me something I don't need but not them! I feel they are very honest. For that reason I got on their quarterly plan that I asked about they did not solicit! Very pleased with this company!
