Afterwards we referred our daughter to Bob Jenkins. She found the company to be honest and trustworthy. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: We have a skunk problem at our home near Woodlawn Lake. They set traps in our yard. Unfortunately, we caught two possum and a raccoon, but no skunk. My only complaint would be that when the Angies list deal was complete, and the last trap picked up, the guy didn't have any more traps because we were a second or third call in a row (we had previously let them know we wanted to catch more if needed). He said the office would call us and get someone out right away. We never heard from them again. I got busy and haven't followed up, to be fair though, and will call them again soon.

Description of Work: Contacted them because I heard squirrels in my attic. They came, did an initial assessment, telling me I had a hole in between two sections of my roof where they were getting in. They also recommended putting screen over my gable vent openings, to prevent entry, by squirrels, or any other creature. They came back 10 days later, did the work in about 2 hrs., and also set a trap in my attic, just in case a straggler got left behind. We did catch a squirrel about a day and a half later. They were called on Sunday evening, and returned to retrieve the trap on Monday morning at 7:20. They have been awesome to work with, I would highly recommend them. Bobby and Bert did a great job. Description of Work: Treat for weed control. A card was left on my door saying they treated...no other details or instructions were provided...example: where -when how treatment was provided. Harmful to children / Pets? If/When should I water. Recommendation for next step - I could not - at that time - determine which area had been treated. As of this date there are more weeds than before.

Description of Work: Aerated front lawn. Missed part of the lawn and did not get deep enough. I do use this company for my pest control and have for years and they do a great job for me on that.

Description of Work: i called them because i had been seeing fresh feces in my back yard and was pretty sure i had an animal coming in and out of my yard. they set a trap and the next day a raccoon was in the trap. i wound up having the trap reset with another raccoon being trapped. i stopped setting traps after that mainly because i was more concerned about what the animal was and when i found it was a raccoon i felt there was no need to continue. they charge you to set the trap and for each time they come to get the animal and remove (about $99 each). they were prompt each time i called. very professional. would use them again if i felt the need to.

Description of Work: I originally came in contact with BOB JENKINS PEST AND LAWN SERVICES when I won a year of free service for a year at the local Home and Garden show. I was so impressed by how my weed-free yard looked and their professional service, I decided to continue with their service. They spray the front, back and sides for both weeds and pests every other month. Haven't had an issue with weeds or pests (fire ants, scorpions, earwigs, etc.)

Description of Work: Good service. We use them for pest control and also lawn care. Current customers on automatic service six times per year.

Description of Work: He correctly evaluated a bee situation we had in our back yard and charged us nothing. He could have sprayed and charged us for that and/or his time, but because there was nothing he could do, he simply told us why we had the bees there and charged no fee.
