We can always count on Bob Jenkins to be punctual, professional and courteous. They are also very effective. Whatever they use is great for controlling any and all insects and creepy crawlies, always keeps them to an absolute minimum. This time, at our primary residence, they found carpenter ants and came back to treat for those. We will probably call for a follow up to be sure those were completely handled.

I’ve been a customer of Bob Jenkins for almost 6 months since buying a new home. I utilize both their Lawn and Pest Control service. Both of these services are great, and far exceed my expectations. The pest control service sends the same tech (Martin) every time. He is awesome at his job. He thoroughly sprays the entire house, yard, and even takes care of the many wasp nests that show up from time to time. He is always listens to any concerns I have and always offer solutions to any pest issues we have. We zero pest issues since Bob Jenkins began servicing my house. The lawn service also sends the same tech (Daniel) every time. He has also done an awesome job. He has treated my yard several times, and is one of the greenest and healthiest on the block. My lawn has gone from bad to great in just a few months. Daniel is always helpful and provides great lawn advice. The only time I had an issue with Crab grass between service calls Mark, who runs the Lawn side of Bob Jenkins, personally came to my house and took care of the issue within 48 hrs of being told about the problem. Amazing service. I am very happy with both of these services, and I will stay with this company for the foreseeable future.

Randy showed up on time and did a thorough job. He treated the attic, interior of home and exterior. I noticed several dead carpenter ants on perimeter of house the next day. I would recommend this company.

I've had the same tech (Noel) perform the regular pest control service every time and I really appreciate that. He knows what's important to me and always comes through with excellent service. He's very thorough, professional and mindful of the presence of my grandson in what treatment he uses. He always explains what he's doing and why. His dedication to providing excellent service is, to me, a reflection of the culture of the company as a whole. I highly recommend them (and Noel)!

Noel has been our technician and has done a great job helping us keep our home pest free. He is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure we are proactive about the right treatments for our home, especially given that we are a household with young children. We recently had a problem with sugar ants...the kind that are a pain to get rid of. Noel has come to help get the initial problem under control, asks all the right questions and gives the right treatments to be sure we keep them away! He's always professional and punctual. We get the quarterly treatment and have also had treatments for mosquitos and heavy spray for outdoor pests, too. We did have a few scheduling problems not too long ago, but that was a front office issue I hope they're addressing.

They arrived early and put shoes covers on. Did a great job of checking everything and making sure they got rid of all the bugs!!

Since Oct. 2014 I have been using this company for quarterly pest control. I have been very pleased with the technician, "Noel", they send out to perform the work. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and punctual about the work to be performed. Each time he informs me of the work plan and welcomes any questions. A worker of this caliber is a rarity. Noel has been servicing my home for approximately 3 years. I have always requested for him. He answers my questions all the time and his suggestions do work. The company is great. I call them for questions with quick and thorough responses. Insects/pests are well contained to the outside perimeter.

Worked out well. Wasp and weed problems that I've had and tried to treat myself unsuccessfully for over 8 years are gone.

my original voucher was for the application of fertilization treatment to my front lawn but they were able to accommodate my entire back lawn at the last minute. excellent customer service and two months later, my lawn is healthy and green again!

All of the staffs I had contacted were nice and very professional. Bert did a great job aerated our front and back yard. On a different day, another gentleman came to our house to spray weed control and lawn fertilization. All services they provided were great. I can't tell how well the weed control and fertilization work yet but I'm happy with the jobs they did and will use them again in the future.

They did a fine job. I would use them in the future. They could have spent more time on my yard than they did. When they come you need to watch what they are doing.

Sprayed for bugs, explained exactly what she had done, showed me certain problem areas on exterior of house that could allow bugs to get in, made other recommendations. Wish I could remember her name, she was excellent, courteous, professional. I would definitely use them again.

The service went well after a bit pf a snafu. Bob Jenkins changed their scheduling software which caused the original appointment to be lost. The appointment was rescheduled and the services were provided.

We felt the products applied to the lawn that were supposed to stimulate growth and thicken the grass structure didn't do a very good job. We didn't notice any big improvement. One of the sapling trees that we had to transplant which was being treated died.

We are enjoying our weed free lawn! In addition, we have a very large yard and feel the price is right!

The person was very professional and knowledgeable but the product didn't convince us since we were still seeing bugs around a week after the service was provided
