Very good. The technician was on-time (actually a bit early). The work was carried out in the manner in which I had been told it would be. The technician was thorough and professional. He was very polite to my family and considerate of our 11-month old baby. To this end, they used a pesticeide inside the house which was did not carry the usual fumes or toxic odors. They also inspected and treated the attic and surrounding yard. In sum, the work was the quality they promised at the price they promised. I will definitely use this company again for pest-control needs.

Bob Jenkins Pest Control has performed a quarterly service for us for several years. They are prompt about calling to set up your appointment for each quarter. Lee, our pest control man, is through in his work and always ask what if any problems we have had since his last visit. He goes about his duty with a smile and friendly conversation. If the service preformed does not take care of the problem you only need to pick up the phone and call them. They will be back promptly to take care of it. It is a pleasure doing business with them. He did a thorough job and was very neat. He left a good impression on us. Prior to that we had someone from the phone book come out and he wouldn't do the whole inspection yet charged twice as much. It was a black and white difference. Bob Jenkins Pest Control did a great job.

Bob Jenkin's Pest Control came out quickly after we called them. The job took about an hour. We haven't had any more problems since they sprayed. They did a very good job. Their price was fair and they were very nice to deal with.

Bob Jenkins Company does a very thorough job and did a great initial treatment. They treat in alternating areas in our house each time they come. Unlike our experience with Terminix where we sometimes saw bugs in between visits, we've seen no bugs in between the visits from this company. They are very professional and arrive right on time.

We like the worker who comes out, and he does a thorough and professional job. If we've seen any bugs, he will treat for those especially. We haven t seen any bug in between his visits and have used this company for years.

We used this company for about ten years and have only seen bugs once in between their visits. When we did, we called them, they came out and fixed the problem right away for free. We recommend them highly.

I am pleased with the work done by Bob Jenkins Pest Control in regards to our carpenter ant problem. He sprayed the inside of the house first, we thought this would be enough to get rid of them but it was not and we called him back. When he returned, we did a thorough check of the grounds and noticed the ants coming down the electric wire into the house. He sprayed the area outside to prevent this from happening in the future and there has not been any spotted since. The man was very considerate and made sure we knew to keep our animals away from the sprayed areas.

I have used Bob Jenkins for many years to spray for pests, a few times, we had a problem and he came right out to see to it for us. He is very punctual, professional and takes good care of his customers. He sprays for many small pests like fleas and ants but has come to spray for other things when we ask. This is a large house and the price is quite reasonable in reference to the square footage of the house.
