Had evidence of animal in a wall of house (scratching sounds in a wall at night). Representative came to house and did a thorough evaluation of outside and inside of house, looking for entry spots where rodents might be coming in. Suggested that rodent might be entering through an unused drain pipe, and noted also some areas on roof where rodents could enter. As I am capable of closing the drain pipe myself, and am getting ready to have some roof work done anyway, I decided not to go forward with further services from this company right now. But I would definitely call them for any other extermination needs in the future. The representative was courteous, helpful, and professional, and so were the office personnel who set up the appointment.

Pleased with overall experience - called the company to schedule a visit. Something was set up for a few days later, and the gentleman on the phone was very patient with answering all questions I had (about toxicity, stains, odors, safety for pets and children). Warranty period was also explained. When the tech came to my home a few days later, he was very pleasant, polite, and well-mannered. He also put little booties on before entering my home. Then he proceeded to spray along walls and corners, and also sprayed in attic as well. He then diligently went around to the back of the house to continue with the treatment. He also answered other questions I had. This was not a rush job; tech was very thorough.

Tracy showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He looked at the areas I was concerned about and inspected the rest of the house and yard. He then sprayed the house's eaves and roof for the ants, sprayed the yard and trees, sprayed the entire interior of the house, and spread cockroach bait in the yard. He explained what he was doing at every step, which I appreciated.

They had great customer service on phone and in person. The also helped us with carpenter ant treatment after we moved out. This was for our inspection of our home report and they were flexible in getting this done through our agent, as we didn't live there anymore. They're just a great company. The approximate cost listed is what we paid when they came out each time.

It was very good. He arrived on time and was very informative. He is going to come out every three months or so. He was professional and polite. I thought his marketing was very clever.

They are very dependable and honest. They are also very fairly priced. They are always on time when they say they're coming. I haven't had any bug problem since they have started coming and when we have had pests in the yard, they have set up traps. I would recommend them to others. They're not a national chain so you'll have the same person come to your house every time.

I was pleasantly surprised that the company owner answered his own phone. I explained my problem and he gave me an overview of what his company could do for me. They were willing to come out the next day, but we scheduled for a few days out. Tracy arrived on time and we spent quite a while talking about the options he could use. Since I have two kids under age 3, I was very concerned about chemical exposure. I felt he understood my concerns and gave me straight forward information. We agreed on a plan and he got to work. After he sprayed outside, he donned booties before coming back inside. Since he had to shoot a product into the attic in a dust form, he suggested that we drape a sheet across my daughter's clothes in the closet where our attic access is located. After all was finished, Tracy wrote on the receipt the names of the products he used. I appreciated his professional and calm demeanor. I would definitely call them again for any type of pest control.

When remodeling our bathroom, we noticed old termite damage. Later, after removing the drywall, we discovered live termites in some of the studs. When I called Mr. Jenkin's company and described the problem, the operator connected me right away to Bob himself. He gave me a thorough explanation of subterranean termites, the chemical they use, how they'll apply it, and why a previous treatment didn't last. His estimate, based on square footage was resonable. We called on a Saturday, and had to wait until Thursday, but after our conversation, I knew it would be worth the wait, and it was. Chris, the company's termite expert, arrived on time and he answered all of my husband's questions as he sprayed inside the house and drilled into the exposed subfloor to apply the treatment in the ground under the house. It was pouring down rain that day, so Chris had to return to treat around the perimeter of the house. When he returned, he not only treated the soil around the house, he drilled into the concrete of the patio and porch to apply treatment there. He covered the holes so they are barely noticeable. What's more, he'd noticed that there were three areas close to the house which had stumps removed over the years, he treated them, too. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness. One last note: I called twice to find out additional information and to allay my fear of the pesticide. Both times the operator took my number and Chris himself called me back to answer my questions. This company has outstanding customer service and I'd highly recommend them.

I heard scratching in a wall and was very frightened. I called and asked if someone could come ASAP. They were here within 2 hours. It was a Saturday afternoon and they were busy but came anyway. Larry was very thorough: went in the alley, attic, yard, roof and set out poison traps and 2 traps in the attic. He came back one week later to check and rebait traps. About 1 month later I found a dead rat in the yard and again called in a panic. Larry came the next day, rechecked everything and didn't charge anything, he said it was a "courtesy call." The people on the phone were very professional and polite. They called each time to let me know Larry was on his way and he arrived very close to the appointed time. They were wonderful. And I received a 10% discount for using Angie's List.

They are quick to respond. They were out the same day I called them. They are very flexable. They are very good at answering all of my questions. They treat my house and property very well. They are very careful about spraying because I do have a toddler and a cat. They are very efficiant.

They were very professional, they came on time and were very prompt. They were very friendly and nice people. It was a good experience. I would recommend them to others.

It's now been a month since the work was first done. The only ants we find now are dead ones and not many of those. I have seen one dead roach and three dead pillbugs, when before I was killing a dozen pillbugs a night and two or three roaches a week. Joe (bug guy) was polite, friendly, and professional. We've hired them to do quarterly bug control. I can recommend Bob Jenkins Pest Control completely.

Promptly on the Monday following my family's visit, I called the highest rated company on Angie's List for this service. I spoke to the owner, Bob Jenkins, who was pleasant and told me who to expect, on what day and time and immediately was provided a discount based upon my affiliation with Angie's list. On the designated appointment date, the representative, Joe, showed up on time and immediately donned booties so as to keep my floor clean. He walked with me around the property, both inside and out while I explained what we had seen. When he looked at the ants, he immediately explained that the infestation we saw was actually red ants, not the sugar ants that we had thought. He explained the difference (apparently sugar ants are lighter in color) and what he was going to do. I inquired about quarterly service and told him that I had a meeting scheduled (I work at home) so instead of waiting for paperwork at the end of his visit, could we take care of it earlier. He explained all of the different plans available and let me select the one that was right for us. Joe went through our home, including our attic spaces, and outside. When he was done, he found me and was able to tell me that he not only had sprayed well against the ant problem and the scorpions, he also found and removed 3 wasp nests for me. He recommended we try to keep our pet food in our garage, away from the home. He also explained that ants are attracted by the smell of any type of food. In the days since his visit (5 now), I have not seen another living ant, nor have I seen a scorpion or a wasp. I have seen dying spiders, but only two a couple of days ago. I am glad I went with Bob Jenkins service and have high hopes for a pest-free environment in our home.

First heard of Bob Jenkins because of Angie's List, which I mentioned when I first called him. Without me mentioning it again, he gave me the 10% off for first visit--points for integrity. Although he didn't have a Saturday available to come over, he was good about scheduling early in the morning so we could get to work. He scheduled Lee to come on a Tuesday morning at 0800 and Lee arrived a couple minutes early and got right to work. He was professional, competent, and got the work finished in the exact amount of time Bob said he would. He sprayed the baseboards in every room, garage, around the perimeter of the foundation outside, and the small yard. We signed up for the quarterly visit (which will be less than initial visit).

Eric came out and sprayed my patio for acrobat ants and checked the outside perimeter of my house for any additional infestations. He was very prompt and courteous, and I was very pleased with his work. The service included a 90-day guarantee, and I've had no problems with acrobat ants since. A week or so after the work was performed, I received a thank you card from Bob and his wife which added a nice personal touch to the service.

The technician, Tracy, showed up at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Tracy took time to explain exactly what he would be doing, and answered all my questions.

They are really nice and very prompt. They tell you exactly what they are doing. They deal with termites. We get really good service from them. They don't raise their rates. I would recommend them and use them again.

Company Rep. arrived on time. He than explained exactly what he was going to do ans asked if we had any request. We did and he accomplished all tasks and was very through.

It was outstanding service. I called and talked to Bob who scheduled the service for the next day. Gabriel came out and was right on time. We talked about the problem and everything he was going to do and he got right to work. He was very helpful and very pleasant. I mentioned a problem about a fireant nest. While he was spraying for the millipedes, he found ten fireant nests and treated them all. Since the treatment, the millipedes have disappeared.
