Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn Services

I used Bob Jenkins at my old house, and I transferred my service to my new house since I moved. The office staff is very pleasant and very good about reminding me that I need to schedule my quarterly service, and both of the men who have done our treatments are very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The only issue I have had is it's difficult to schedule service around my work hours at times since they don't work Saturdays, and my husband and I always manage, but it could be challenging for a person living alone.

The pest control person set some traps and then came out to check them once and that was it. He didn?t get the job done since he wasn?t able to get rid of the rats. He arrived on time to get the job done. I wouldn?t use his services in the future.

Arrived promptly, very communicative, explained procedures and materials used, treatment seemed comprehensive. No problems noted since.

Time will tell, I thought the previous pest control company was doing a good job until we ended up with a dead animal in the wall. Bob Jenkins told us that we had a lot of openings in the roof. So time will tell if indeed they are as good as they look. I believe pricing wise, it is expensive to pay $150/quarter.

I've always been very pleased with the service they provide. I no longer have a problem with roaches, spiders or ants. I will always use them for my pest control.

I continue to use this company to provide routine maintenance for pest control. The employees are always friendly and reliable. They helped us get rid of a sugar ant problem - and that is not an easy task in San Antonio.

The same guy always comes out and my husband likes him. I think the price is too much.

They initially set up a trap to capture some squirrels in our attic. They came back to check the trap and then finally removed it. I was very happy with their service. They were extremely punctual and always on time. They had come out when they said they would, and were very professional. The employees were in uniform and had marked vehicles that showed they were from that particular company. That was really good.

I think it went pretty well. I had called after hours to ask questions and schedule a possible appointment but they were quick to follow up and answer all my questions. When I scheduled my appointment, they were very flexible with my work schedule. During my appointment, he was on time, EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all kinds of bugs and the cause and effect of why have them and how we can prevent it. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing and what to expect in great detail. He was also very careful with my things and had a great attitude!

He seemed to be very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. They have an annual extended warranty. They also spray the house for standard insects. Their quote was better than a couple of others that we got.

I had heard a squirrel or something in the wall of my house. It seemed to be stuck in the surround of an old fireplace. I called Bob Jenkins and they were able to squeeze me in their schedule at the last minute. The technician came out, but couldn't find any obvious way the animal could have gotten into that space from the attic and from the crawl space under the house. He didn't charge me for this visit since no animal was removed. He recommended that I cover the top of two old, unused chimneys as that was a possible entry point. A week later he came out and installed screens on the chimneys.

We found them on Angie's List and received a discount. Every time they said they would be here they were either right on time or early. The work was fantastic, the clean up was fantastic and the technician was fantastic. This man drilled holes in our breakfast room that has imported tile and you can't even tell where it was. I would literally recommend them over anyone else.

He did very well. He told me he would be out a week or two later. We have not had any trouble.

We have been using them for a few years, and everything always goes well. They are prompt, quick, and always deliver good results.

They were good. I had them come a couple times because I found a couple cockroaches, so they came twice to spray.
