I have a contract with them and I can’t tell you the price. They are just courteous, honest and professional.

He does a great job. They are reasonable and they deal with a wide variety of animals and bugs.

I have been using him probably for twelve to fifteen years. He does it on a yearly basis. He is just cooperative. He is on time. He listens to what your needs are. He is cordial. He has very nice employees that come to your home. I never had a problem with them, whether it was talking to the billing office or the person that comes to your home. They are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them. I have also used them for my yard and I never had a problem. I just never had a bad experience with him.

They aren't cheap. They provide pretty good service.

The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

I pay them a little bit over $85 a quarter. They’re really great. Their prices are just superb. It’s a family owned company. They’re really good. I think only once I had to call them to come out on something special. They were very prompt. They’re just really good. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have been using them for twelve years now. They come out quarterly and during summer I use them for mosquito control, so then they come out once a month. My experience with them was very good.

When it was thought to be a Raccoon and the trap in place I asked the question, that I should have asked earlier "How or where is the Raccoon coming into the attic." I was shown a small opening, to small for a Raccoon. Needless to say the trap did not catch a Raccoon (there went my $97.31) nor a rodent. Two days later I called to have the bait boxes set up for rats. A couple of weeks later I asked for a more aggressive method to catch the rodents and so glue boards (do not know if that is the proper name) were placed. The technician followed up a few times to replace the bait. I asked about finding and sealing shut the entry points and the technician stated this can be done after they catch mice/rats and it will be an additional charge (over $150.00). It was noted there was rodent activity based on the droppings being green so the rodents were eating the bait. It seems to me that sealing off the entry hole/s would prevent new rodents in the future and with the current traps in place will take care of the current rodents. I voiced my suggestion and it was said it was not a good idea because if they seal up the entry points and the rodents die in the attic the smell will be unbearable. I called for the technician to pick up the bait boxes/traps and they tried to sell me their quarterly pest control service. At this time the rodent problem still existed yet here they are trying to sell me their quarterly service which the last technician quoted me more than the first technician. I showed him the quote and he stated he will go with the lower quote from the first technician. What this tells me is that there is not a standardized rate and I now wonder if the technicians receive a commission based on amount of sell. The technicians were very nice but this did not help with the issue at hand. Will I use this company again? Probably not. The deal breaker was the quotes.

Heard noise in the attic a few days before heading out of town. Bob Johnson was able to send someone out that day. Turned out to be rats entering from the spinning turbine vents. Excellent service, very professional and reliable.

I chose them because they had good reports on Angie's List and I will use them again in the future.

December 6, 2011 was the last treatment of our annual contract for lawn fertilization service. I scheduled the treatment for 10:00 am. This allowed me time to get my pets in while the treatment was being applied. The technician arrived at 9:45 and neither I nor my wife heard the doorbell as per our instructions. I went out to ask what product was being applied. I walked behind my house and turned the corner toward a gate exit and saw Al with his back to me facing the back of the house. Startled he made the comment that cold weather and coffee didn't go together. I realized he had been urinating at the back of the house. I was appalled and told him I was going inside to call the office. I called and talked to the general manager and told him what had just happened. He apologized and did not have an explanation for the behavior. I said that he was early and could have gone to a convenience store or used anyone of a number of porta-johns close to my residence. He could have even asked to use a restroom in the house. I asked to speak to Mr. Jenkins and was told he was a busy man. I said that his name is on the truck and that I wanted him to know what had happened. I told the general manager to have Mr. Jenkins call me within an hour. Mr. Jenkins called and I repeated the story to him. Yes he apologized and left the situation at that. I stated that I also had a pest control contract with his company and that I would not be renewing either service. I do not recommend this company for either lawn service or pest control service. Overall the treatments did very little to help the appearance of the lawn.

Chris was very thorough in his inspect of the house. We had him come back a week later to spray and treat the house for termite, he was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend using Bob Jenkins.

The work was fine for the first 6 months but they had no professionalism. I was very dissatisfied with their service after I noticed a big black bug in my bathroom about a week after a treatment and they questioned my motives when I asked them to come back out; it was the first time I had ever called them back. I told them they should never talk to a customer the way they spoke to me and fired them. I will not recommend this company and will not use them again in the future.

Upon review of the situation, unfortunately the technician told me it is very difficult to trap squirrels and suggested I would be wasting my money in doing so and recommended I call a roofer to "plug" the access points and hope they were plugged when squirrels were outside. I was concerned about the risk of this latter proposal. So, I contacted another company who setup traps and was successful in trapping 1 so far, although still another one to catch. I would not recommend this company if you have squirrels. They seem better adept at dealing with other animal control issues (e.g., raccoon and possom). They were definitely responsive and knowledgeable of animal behavior...just not as helpful specifically with a squirrel issue. I certainly appreciated the honesty of what he felt comfortable addressing. I would consider them for different animal control issues...just not squirrels.

I heard noises in my attic and went up to check and found 4 raccoons living there. I called Bob Jenkins Lawn and Pest Services, was given a quote for trapping the animals, and an appointment for the next day. Chris came and went into the attic but didn't find any raccoons but did find evidence that they had been there. He put screens over the damaged vents and gave me his cell number to call if the raccoons returned and damaged the screens. Chris called the next day to see if I was having any problems. The company called again 4 days later to insure that the screens were still intact. The raccoons have returned, but I have been able to chase them away so they have not gotten back into the attic. I have had a great experience with this company.

It was a pretty small job. Everything was the way they said. They showed up on time and did the job as they had said. I had everything that I expected and it was great. I would use them again in the future.

I was looking for a good exterminator to conduct an initial treatment for a house my wife and I purchased and chose Bob Jenkins based off their ratings from Angie's List...I was not disappointed. Not only was I very satisfied with the outstanding service, but I was also very impressed with the professionalism and tact of the technician (Gabriel) that they sent out. He was able to answer all questions I had to particular type of insects and went into detail on how to combat them. At the conclusion of the treatment, I signed up with Bob Jenkins as a quarterly customer. The price was right for an initial treatment was $125 (after all discounts) and the following quarterly treatments are about $80. This is a really good company...they even called a few days later to see if I was completely satisfied with the treatment.

I felt good about these folks from the get-go. I heard/learned more, with less words, during the estimate process from Bob Jenkins Pest Control than I did from another company that went into great length about the process and gave me an estimate double the price of Bob Jenkins. Bob Jenkins' estimate process confirmed a couple of items on my mind/heard previously. The two office employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The service I received was what I was expecting (from the reviews), and I feel confident about my choice in Bob Jenkins.

The initial response to my call (same day) established the existence of termites. The responding technician was not equipped to treat termites, but because of the repair stage of the bathroom remodel was able to have the appropriate technician come out and treat the interior shower pan/drain so the remodel project could move forward without delay. The whole house treatment was scheduled the following week. The technician arrived explained the entire process and proceeded to treat the perimeter of the house. He was knowledgable and friendly. In all cases they arrived on time and there were no surprises in their pricing or what was expected. This is my first experience with this company, however, I intend to continue to use them for all my pest control needs. In addition, the owner personally called within the week to follow-up on the quality of the job performed.

We use them every quarter and have a yearly contract. They are exceptional and I will use them again in the future.

After finding dead roaches throughout the house, it was time to bring in the professionals. I spoke with JR who assessed my need and scheduled Tracy to come out the same week. Tracy was courteous and professional, explaining every step of the process. While I ,missed JR's follow-up call, I hope this report is shared with the company. Great job, thank you!

When I called to book the appointment, I had a lot of questions about what I needed, the products they use, how often I should have my condo treated, etc. The man I spoke with was very thorough in his answers, asked me some good questions and made me feel he really knew what he was talking about. I scheduled an appointment to have my condo inspected and treated if I decided that's what I wanted. Scott was the serviceman who came out. He explained to me what he was looking for, asked what kinds of pests I'd seen. He didn't try to sell me anything. He answered my questions and described the various services his customers typically choose. I had him treat the house the same day. He was very neat. He wore booties over his shoes and even vacuumed up some insullation that fell into my closet when he opened the attic trap door. Several days after the appointment, I received a followup call to see if the service was provided to my satisfaction. My current plan is to have a treatment on a yearly basis. I will definitely stay with Bob Jenkins for my pest control needs.
