People in the office took time to explain things (especially in terms of the pets we have and if there was any extra precautions we needed to take). They explained the process from beginning to end. When I mentioned my landscaper was concerned about possible "oak wilt" on one of our trees, they sent someone else out the next day to take a look and determine any necessary steps. They treated both inside and outside of the home, and then followed up with a spray across all of the flowerbeds and overall yard. When I called and mentioned the possibility of cockroaches coming back, they sent a person out the very next day to retreat everything. He was slow and methodical, making sure he was hitting every corner, barrier, etc. The front office staff and their technicians out in the field are so personable. They actually make me feel like I am a good friend/family. They were honest about what they thought would be unnecessary services for me.

He was on time, and when he got here there was only one guy. He did the inside an outside of the house all by himself and he was so good! He was fast and I can already see the results of his work.

They were responsive and punctual. It turned out there was nothing there.

I looked at the reviews for them on Angie's List and that is how I picked them for service. They have been reel punctual and friendly.

One guy, Brian, came out and did the whole service. He was very, very good. I would use him again because I have three cats and he was able to work around them and is not allergic. He also showed up on time.

They were on time. It was a big, complicated job they were doing with interior treatment and all that for a four-unit building with tenants and everything. They seemed to be pretty reasonable since they did the treatments all day. The quality of it was good, and my tenants haven’t seen any problems so far, so it seems to work. They were a bit expensive for the service.

The price and experience were good. I would use them again.

They sent a technician who was very informative, personable, and knowledgable and answered any questions that I had about the products being used. The company was very responsive and accommodating. I did see a few ants after they did treatment and I gave them a call and they came right back out and took care of it. They did not charge me anything extra and were happy to come back out.

We called them on 5/2 and they came out on 5/7 to do the job. See above for details. We wanted to make sure everything used was pet friendly and they gave us the label and assured us it was. We were very pleased.

They didn’t charge anything last time as it was a year of the original job. We have recommended them to several of our customers and it had worked fine.

They are willing to work with me if I have a problem which is harder to solve. I would use them again in the future.

I love the company. They are reliable, responsive, conscientious, professional and very accommodating I have allergies and i can have a strong reaction to the chemicals they use. so we talked about it and we are now changing to granular instead so I won't have a reaction.

They have been great. They call to schedule our appointments so that we don't have to remember. When we have found problems between visits, they come out on the same day. They are very responsive.

They sprayed my yard for fleas and ticks. It was very effective. They were recommended by a friend. They provided a good service. They were very punctual. I was able to get an appointment easily. It seemed like the man that came out was very knowledgeable and informative. When I still noticed some fleas and ticks, they came out again for no cost. I had a pretty bad infestation. They had to spray under the deck as well. They also recommended a spray I could use in my house, in crevices and things like that to prevent the problem inside.

I have been using them for a bout ten years. They do a great job. They are always on time. The technicians are very nice. They offer pet friendly spray also.

I got them off Angie's List. We just bought one of your coupons things that came out and we used them after that. I like the coupon things and those are actually very cool. They were prompt. I liked the fact that they were very specific with the time frame when they would be there and they stuck to it. They were punctual. They were quick. We have used them before in the past too, so it wasn't like our first time using them. I like the fact that they are a local company, so all those things, for me, would be important. I also liked the fact that they give a 30-day guarantee, so if you call them out for a specific problem and it hasn't been taken care of, I think they will come back out and address it. We had ants before and they have taken care of that.

We have been using them for probably ten years. They have been solid and reliable all the time. We keep them on a one-year contract. It's a little bit cheaper to do that.

They do awesome work and they're dependable. They offer organic pest control treatments that are safe for children and pets.

He is pretty good. He was fine and I felt like it was a fair price. I thought his price was a little bit high because every time he had to come out to empty the trap I had to pay him. He was good in responsiveness.

I like them very much and they use products that are environmentally friendly if you ask them to. They are a small company and use products that don't make you cover the plants. If you have a problem they will be right out to fix it and I will use them again in the future.
