It was raining when they did my treatment so they rescheduled the exterior treatment. It was a painless, quick, and effective experience. It was OK. They came out, but they didn't follow up. I really felt like I could do most of the work myself.

They have great customer service. They arrive on time and are competitive in cost. They came back out at no charge when we were experiencing an increase in pests and followed up to ensure the additional treatment addressed the issue.

I used an Angie's List special deal. The company was responsive and contacted me quickly to set up the service. I was thrilled to see that they sent Al, who I dealt with years ago with another company that was sold and who I really liked and trusted. I am going to use them regularly to keep my grass healthy.

The technician, Nick García, identified the problem immediately and recommended a plan. He performed the work exactly as he had promised, and it seems that he has solved our problem! The price was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend the company and this individual.

Service to come out and set the trap was excellent. Technician was prompt and thorough. The technician was supposed to come by the next day to check the trap due to the fact that we were going out of town. Unfortunately he did not make it by that day, and I had to check it myself. There was a raccoon in the trap, and I had to get the trap from the attic to the back yard. I notified the company that their technician failed to come by, and that I had put the raccoon in the back yard. While we were out of town, a technician came by and took the raccoon. I received an invoice for removal, but when I reminded the company that I actually removed the trap with the raccoon in it, they deleted the invoice. The day after we returned from out of town, there were two technicians that came by to patch the holes where the raccoon was coming into the attic.

Quick, neat, informative, very satisfactory all around. We had a significant infestation with new mounds appearing almost every day. After the first treatment of March 7, the overall activity dropped but we still had a few active mounds. The pest control specialist re-treated the problem areas, and walked the whole yard to make sure he'd gotten them all. He was efficient, informative, and a pleasure to talk to.

A year ago, our bermuda lawn was in bad shape with an invasion of weeds everywhere. Before we switched to Bob Jenkins, we initially went with a national company that is pretty well known. Their first dose took care of the dandelions, henbit, clovers, and crabgrass but they missed all the nutsedge and told me that I had dallisgrass (which is very difficult to get rid of) instead. Any case, I was very displeased and immediately found Bob Jenkins on Angieslist. A Bob Jenkins lawn staff came to look at my lawn and told me right away that I had a problem with nutsedge and no dallisgrass. They reassured me that they would take care of the weed control and make sure that my grass would look healthier in a few months with their special fertilizer treatment. Let me tell you that I was stunned and very pleased with the results! After one dose, they got rid of all the weeds including the nutsedge. My lawn started to pick up and grow better after they added nutrients and fertilizer to the grass. They have 7 doses (each targeting various seasonal weeds) in total and they treat the lawn monthly. If you look at my lawn now, you would have never guessed that I had a problem with weeds. Any case, thank you Bob Jenkins and their staff for saving my lawn. I highly recommend them but they are pricier than other lawn companies.

We thought they were ground bees and that is how we found out what they were yellow jacket wasps. They were able to schedule us for early the next day at 6:45 am. Bert came out, put his bee suit on and took care of the yellow jackets. We had 2 - 2 foot deep holes with yellow jackets, they treated the area and told us not to use the front door for the day, however Bert said by the afternoon we wouldn't see anymore yellow jackets. Bert told us he would come back out immediately if we saw anymore because there could be another nest in a different area. We haven't had a problem since the area was treated. We really appreciated the quick response, professionalism of Bert and thought we received a reasonable price. We would hire them again and recommend them as well.

Reasonable pricing compared to competitors (not the cheapest, but less than many others we contacted), great people from each of the service divisions, very responsive, and appreciate the flexibility of the office staff with scheduling as well...we'll stick with them!
