They do a thorough job. They are very professional and friendly. We have been with them for the almost 15 years. The solution they use doesn't smell.

Things seemed to go fine and they came as scheduled. They did the work and there were no complaints. I thought their pricing was a tad high, but their responsiveness was good.

I called to find out the cost of a service to remove grackles from a tree in my front yard. The gentleman I spoke with explained to me that they really could not do too much about one tree but took the time to recommend methods and a website that could assist me with my "problem". He was very helpful, professional, and informative. He provided me with a service for no fee and was honest about the situation. Bottom line - He was very honest and did not take advantage of a potential customer. If I need their services in the future, I would not hesitate to call.

They are excellent company to work with. They are very efficient and spend the time needed to make sure they get the job done correctly. They are especially good at tracking down problems outside and treating them there before they can become a potential problem indoors. Total professionals, that are conscientious, courteous, and dependable.

Bob offered a prepaid annual deal for quarterly services. We took the offer and it worked out extremely well. They would call and remind us to make our quarterly appoinment and would always arrive on time. As for the results, we have not seen any bugs or infestations inside or outside the house. We are going to stay with this comany for years to come.

I had a good experience with Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn Services. I would have continued to use them, but another Angie's List business offered a better price, so I went with the better price. I asked Jenkins if they would reduce their price and they said that they couldn't.

Bob Jenkins Pest Control has treated our house quarterly now for about 3 years. Our service technician has been Randy for each visit. He is consistently punctual, polite, and professional. I don't know much about pest control treatments, but whatever he has been doing has worked incredibly well. We have not had any scorpions in our house, which is rare for this area. I have not seen any ants, roaches, or other insects since we started having the quarterly treatments. The one time that I did find a fire ant in the house, I contacted the dispatcher who sent a technician out the next day to retreat. We are very satisfied customers! Every employee we have dealt with has been polite and courteous. I like the fact that the company allows customers to schedule exact appointments, rather than windows during which the service tech will show up. Randy has been on time or early for each visit. We truly appreciate the great customer service. You might find another company that will provide quarterly treatments for less, but you cannot beat the outstanding customer service provided by Bob Jenkins Pest Control.

When we called, the receptionist was very courteous, set up the appointment, sent someone out quickly and on time, diagnosed the problem and recommended the solution. Ther person who arrived was very courteous, professional and fixed our problem. He was not pushy and didn't try to oversell their product. My husband is pretty picky and even he liked their service, and believe me, that is a big deal:-)

I have them out on a three-month schedule. They are doing a good job because I do not have any bugs, and their price is fine.

I had them for years, stopped service for a short time to attempt to do myself. After about one year, I went back to them. My price was inceased but the service was good.

I first tried Bob Jenkins based on a referral from Angie's List back in June of 2012 and was extremely pleased with the promote and friendly service. I immediately signed up for a a maintenance plan and have been happy ever since as the service tech takes pride in the quality of his work and making sure I am always satisfied with the work. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Service was excellent. Exterminator is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Staff is very friendly and call ahead before coming out. Always on time and job is done efficiently.
