he was very thorough, did inside, outside and the attic area, noted areas that need attention from me. gave good advice about other services they offer.

I appreciated the prompt service and honest opinion the tech provided. From this we could decide that traps were not needed. I appreciated that the tech was honest and did not try to sell us unnecessary services. I would defiantly use this company again.

As always, on schedule with a phone call the day before the requested service.

I was hosting friends for the coming weekend and our yard is essentially overrun/infested with a million mosquitos. I reached out for help and despite being booked solid for a week, they went above and beyond - were able to send someone out the same day. It's still early so I can't perfectly speak to long-term success, but they came through for me in a pinch and have been courteous and professional. -bh-

Bob came out to take measurements for a patio construction projected, but failed to come back to us with a quote. It's been over 3 weeks since our meeting.

The house is going to be renovated soon, so we didn't tear down any walls to remove the source of the odor. Bert left some odor absorbent materials and left. Bert knew what he was doing and persevered until the source was located.

They were extremely responsive to an important time line I gave them. They explained all plans and charges clearly and were fully professional in their execution of the job. I had used them several times previously for pest control and have always received excellent service. I also like the fact that all products used are not harmful to animals.

Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn was recommended to me by a friend. I called and everybody I spoke with was professional, polite and honest. I spoke with a woman first and she transfered me to a man named JR. He told me everything that was going to happen during my treatment as well as the warranty the company gives. He was extremely informative and was very patient with all of my stupid questions. They scheduled a specific time and day that was convienent for my schedule and the technician was right on time! The technicians name was Bobby and he was friendly, professional and went right to work! Since my treatment, I have seen a lot of dead bugs and only 1 live roach, but it was on its back and dying. I am now a quarterly customer of theirs and they are coming to give me a price to do my lawncare as well. I just joined Angie's List and was thrilled to see this company on here so I could leave a review. I will never use another company again! I am now a loyal customer of theirs! I will recommend them to everyone I know that needs service!

My pest treatment service was horrendous, nothing like years ago when I used Bob Jenkins. On 4/24, a technician came out to treat my house. I had not seen any pests at all, other than 1 tarantula in the shower, and wanted treatment as protection in case it laid any eggs. After treatment, I saw a dramatic increase in pests inside my house, including spiders, ants, and roaches. I figured the poison had stirred them up or that they were coming inside to escape and that that I woudl give it time to work, as hopefully they had crawled through and would die. Unfortuantely, that was not the case, and I called to ask for re-treatment. The only pests that had died were outside - rolly pollys on my porch and around the garage. The soonest they could get me in for a re-treat was 5/13. The person I spoke to said he would call back after the second treatment to see how it worked, but he never did. The same technician came to my house. I quizzed him about the product he had previously used. I had asked for an eco-friendly treatment because I have small pets and a baby, but the spray he had previously used had a very distinct chemical odor to it. He said he did not use the eco-friendly option the first time he came out. I asked for it on the re-treat, and was told that was a stupid decision because the eco-friendly option would not be effective. Why would a company offer that spray if they know it doesn't work? I chose the eco-friendly option for my re-treat, because when I had used it years ago, I found it to be extremely effective. Unfortunately, the re-treat didn't work either. I called the company on 5/17, but did not get an answer, even though it was within business hours. I called back on Monday 5/20 and spoke to JR. He became extremely rude to me when I told him that the second treatment still didn't work, as I was still seeing ants and spiders. First, he told me that I had "ripped him a new one" during our previous conversation. I hadn't even been upset during that call, because as soon as I said the treatment didn't work, he set up a time to send the technician back out. I was very satisfied. I did however, ask him questions about the products they were using. Apparently this had upset him, because he rudely complained that I had kept him on the phone for 20 minutes. I thought a customer service oriented business was supposed to help answer questions, but I guess I was wrong. Then, he changed his story and said I ripped his technician a new one during the 2nd service call. Again, this was not true. I had not even raised my voice to him, and was not even angry at him, because the failure of the product to work wasn't his fault at all. I had asked him questions about the differences in products, which he was unable to answer, and I had asked that he be careful not to spray my baby products with the poison. I also asked him about the warranty, but he told me to take it up with the office. I then asked JR what his thoughts were regarding the service not working and what could be done. He said they would send someone else out for me. I asked if that person would be above JR in ranking. He sarcastically told me that was none of my business. I was very offended. At this point I asked to speak with someone above JR, which he refused. I asked to speak with the owner and he laughed at me, saying I would NEVER speak to the owner, who is semi-retired. JR refused to dicuss what could be done to resolve this problem if the third treatment doesn't work. He refused to let me speak to anyone else above him about the problem. He set up the 3rd treatment outside of my 30-day warranty, giving me no recourse whatsoever if the 3rd treatment doesn't work. I am at a loss and have wasted $140 to have pests all in my home. Bob Jenkins doesn't care because they are going to be out of the 30 days soon. The treatment never worked!

Called Bob Jenkins because we had just moved to this home and my backyard was absolutely full of ants and my dog had got into a hill of ants. When I called Bob I was so impressed and thankful he was here in less than a hour and treated the problem and found 3 total ant hills. He gave me a 30 day guarantee of they will treat free. I was pleased with this service to say the least.

I chose Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn Service based on the reviews on Angie?s List. I was not disappointed (at all). Before you get to the service, the folks are all very friendly. The scheduled technician was late. I received a call informing me that he was on his way. However, he was an hour late, not several minutes late as anticipated by the person who informed me. When I called and (I believe) I spoke with Renee, I told her the technician was an hour late. She said, ?that is unacceptable?. The technician?s supervisor came out to our house to assist the "late" technician and to apologize for his employee. I thought that was great!! (The technician was also very apologetic.) Now to get down to the actual work ? they were very professional and methodical. They did what they said they would do and in the way they said, they would do it. About a week later, I received a follow-up call to determine if I were satisfied with the work and to apologize for the late incident. I am very pleased and impressed with this company. I will use them again and I highly recommend them. They are the Bug-terminators! Update (05/04/2016): Bobby, the technician, is very informative and professional. He's prompt, extremely courteous, and provides a thorough job.

They are very good. I would recommend them. They were extremely courteous. They seemed pretty thorough. I had to call them back again and they came back right away. I like them. I thought that their price was a little high, but that was because I didn’t want them to spray inside the house. I wanted them to spray only outside the house. So they don’t have a price for only that. They only have a price for spraying inside and outside. Most people want inside of their house sprayed too so for that I would say it was a reasonable price. Their quality was very good.

The service as prompt and professional.

They were very professional. The owner even called to follow up. Everything was taken care of. It was really good.

I still had trouble with the ants, I called them, and they came out promptly, did it again, and took care of the problem. Their customer service skills are good.

They are very good. They were willing to come back if their first trip didn't get rid of all the bugs. They came back and followed up on it too.

It went very well - they did what needed to be done and I feel confident should I have any future issues I will know who to call. They did a great job.

They came promptly, checked my bed carefully and didn't find any signs of bedbugs. This diagnosis turned out to be correct. Moreover, they offered, since already at my house, to check the house for other pests and so they did. They did an excellent job, were professional, explained what they were doing and were very friendly.

JR was extremely helpful on the phone asking questions to determine exactly the type of service would best benefit us. When Tracy showed up, on time, he asked us a few more questions and proceeded to spray the yard. He also spoke with my husband extensively about problems in our yard and how we could fix them. He was informative and friendly and at no time did we feel pressured to purchase other services. We will be using Bob Jenkins Pest again!

The gentlemen was prompt and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and what he had done. The only reason I don't feel comfortable rating the results is it's very hard to know if they successfully stopped a pest problem if you don't know whether you had one to begin with.

They were responsive to my telephone call from the get go. They have made great recommendations in ways that we can help our lawn look better. They always have the right equipment and we have seen much better results from using them as a company as opposed to any national lawn care provider. Would recommend.
