Always friendly and always on time or early. They always give you a reminder call to schedule and they always call when they are on their way. Had a problem with water bugs, roaches, fleas and ticks....this has not been a problem for a long, long time. Great provider.

The technician showed up exactly on time. He was very conscientious and wore foot covering while inside the house. He explained where carpenter ants were getting into the property and treated. He also provided precautions to take with our wood deck around the pool and exterior landscaping to minimize any further pest issues. Due to our property being a garden home with a very small lot, the price originally quoted for annual service was reduced which was a nice surprise.

Sprayed inside and outside for carpenter ants. No ant problem since. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. The person who came out initially was professional and thorough. He explained how termites usually operate and where they most likely were (under my deck). He also explained how Termador worked and that I could do a follow-up inspection each year which would give me a transferable warranty in the event I ever decide to sell the house. The technician that came out to do the spraying was quick and showed me exactly where and what he was going to do. I have a pretty large house and the whole thing took under 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the service.

Sent online note on evening of 11/12 ,, J R called next morning to set up inquiry ,, I returned call a bit later ,, we discussed what I had , having seen the little critter face to face I knew what I had ,, Set up appointment for service tech to come out and set up trap , did some looking in attic to find best spot ,, turned out to be right by the ceiling and ladder opening ,, Bert , came out around 3 30 pm , we discussed what I had, he went up in attic looked around for a short bit and picked a spot ,, trap was set around 4 pm ,,, Bert collected the set up fee ( * ) and departed for another job site. I left shortly after to run some errands . I returned around 7 pm, went up to attic to check on trap ,, and VIOLA ! , instant house guest ,,, or rather instant house invader ,, as it was getting late and I had to get to work, was not able to call shop until following morning to come pick up .. Morning of the 14th, I checked on the trap again,, seems he had not been happy in present location and literally moved the cage about 2 feet from where shet up to a spot nearer one of our stuffed animals ,, which he proceeded to shred thru the cage and drag the stuffing into the cage with him ,, little bugger must have got cold ,, anyway , scratch one stuffed animal ,,, and of all the ones to pick he had to pick Snoopy ! A few hours later Bert showed up , went up into attic and removed cage ,, Rocky extended his "great" pleasure by being our guest for the nite all over the ladder and floor as Bert was bringing him down ,,, after seeing the stuffed animal, I came real close to having raccoon stew for dinner ,,, Long story short ,, Bert placed Rocky in van ,, said they have a guy at the shop who is their man for relocating critters ,,, all trappings are done on a catch and release format ,, they use the good strong have-a-heart trapping cages to catch and relocate someplace out in the country ,,, before he left Bert went back up in the attic and did a much more detailed search to make sure nothing was hiding , no little suprises for a later date , marked spots that will need clean up , which I am going to do myself , ( if you happen to do this on your own , be sure to wear good rubber gloves, a pair of disposable coveralls, and a painters mask would not hurt ,, plastic bags , get a small childs sand shovel to scoop stuff and throw away with other collectibles ) ,, simple ... Job was done quickly, without mess or endangerement to service tech and no after effects ,, cept the loss of one stuffed animal and small area to clean up ,,, ladder was cleaned with clorox, and what small stuff on floor that got wet either got thrown out or cleaned with clorox as well. Remember these little guys do carry some nasty diseases with them , so you do not want to touch nada with bare hands ,,,, The good part of this story was the quick service , quick capture of a "dangerous" bandito, and no little surprises ,,,, the ugly was of course the mess he made while spending the few nites he was there ( and the noise in the attic ) ,,, and I leave the bad for last ,,,, the price ! - ouch ,,, I gave the overall rating for an A on service, follow up and the service tech ( very good man and very friendly to visit with) ,, the lower grade of C for the price unfortunately is something probably system wide ,, there are probably some out there cheaper, some may be higher ,, but overall probably average and fair enough to some degree ,,, still , it is a bit of a shocker for such a small amount of time spent , the length of service and what all was done ... My main reason for calling Bob in the first place was having seen him do work on my neighbors house many years ago ,, many years ago ,, if it is the same Bob Jenkins I know he was stationed at Brooks AF Base as an environmental Tech at the SAM School ,,, but he used to do the work at my neighbors and they were happy with his service, and my neighbors could be very selective with whom they dealt ,,,,,, to be picked by them gave me enough assurety the job would done right ,,,,, So , there you have it ,, long story , longer ,, service was great, people were better ,, price , uh , we wont go there ,,, will I use them again ,,, in a heart beat ,,,, thanks folks , you done good ! The two photos ( I hope come thru ) were taken the day of removal ,one in the attic , one in the back of the van ,, little guy probably came in at around 15 - 18 , maybe 20 lbs ,, at least 2 1/2 ft or better standing ,,, and was very much not impressed with his accomodations in that cage ,, but oh well ,, at least this Rocky didnt have to use Gideons Bible ,,,,,

The pest control did explained everything extremely thoroughly and did an excellent job of covering the areas I was most concerned about. He was highly professional. We would use this company again.

Inside and outside one-time service.

Building and moving into a new home is stressful enough, I didn't want to add more by opening my doors to unwanted guests. Tracy came out and was extremely professional and talked to me first about my concerns and listened! I am on a quarterly program with Bob Jenkins now and have found their company, from the very first phone call, to scheduling, reminder calls and the actual service to be very professional and customer oriented. When setting up the appointment the receptionist gave me a time frame of 3:00-3:15 and Tracy was at my door precisely at 3:00! You could tell from the minute he arrived that he took his work and my satisfaction seriously. After the treatment he explained what he had done and what I could expect. He also talked about other services that I might be interested in down the road. But this was no pressure- or up-sale type of discussion! Just information for me to digest. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control or lawn care!

The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use him again if I have any other problems.

Extremely courteous and professional people!! My grass looked horrible before I called Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn! Al came out and treated and my weeds died and my grass got green and pretty! I signed up for an every other month service; I want to keep my grass looking beautiful. I also had a bad problem with silverfish and ants; they were everywhere! They sent Randy out and he was professional and courteous and went straight to work. Now, I don't have any ants or silverfish. I've used this company before, but now I'm set up on a quarterly program. Every time I call, I get great service, from the office people all the way to the technicians. I'll keep using Bob Jenkins Company!

Gabe (service manager) came on time. we had to leave house for about 2 hours. Prior to the treatment, our house and yard were manifested by ticks. Only one treatment, the problems with ticks and other insects were gone. We and animals (dogs and cats) are very happy. We had our animals treated by vet, but the problems persisted until we used Bob Jenkins Pest Control. We signed up for general quarterly treatment in the future. Thanks for excellent services.

Good communication on setting date and providing a reminder. Very professional and answered all my questions and explained thoroughly what he would be doing. Was very satisfied with the service and plan to continue using them on a quarterly basis.

This is not first time that I have called. The personnel in the office have always been very friendly and helpful in answering any questions that I have and in setting up an appointment.

The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and through. He answered all my questions and was very easy to deal with. No pressure but I probably will confine the service through these guys. Awesome service!!

We have a contract with Bob Jenkins pest control to come every quarter and do pest control in and outside our house. We have been extremely pleased so far with the friendliness and professionalism of both the people they has sent out - Lyle and Tracy. These gentlemen have been very courteous, punctual, professional and friendly. They have done a thorough job so far and we havent seen the problems with ants that we saw before. The company calls us once every quarter and send a letter in the mail to remind us about scheduling the next appointment and are very courteous on the phone as well. And the good thing about doing a quarterly control is that they will send someone out in between the regularly scheduled visits if we notice any pests. Great job and hope you keep this level of service up!

I have used Bob Jenkins for approximately one year. Martin is our service technician. He is VERY professional, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. He came out today because I heard something in my attic. Martin did a thorough inspection and made appropriate recommendations. I highly recommend Bob Jenkins Pest Control and Martin.

Treated all the rooms in the house. Fogged the attic. Sprayed the lawn all around the house. Sprayed inside and outside our large shop and storage building. Arrived on time. Very professional! Won't need another spraying for at least 2 months. Glad we found this company.

After having a severe allergic reaction to fire ants I called Bob Jenkins Pest Control. Martin called and said he would be able to make an earlier time due to cancelations, which worked out just fine with me. Martin was very knowledgable and took his time to explain to me about different ants and other pest. He even went out of his way to destroy ant mounds when he learned about my allergy to fire ants.

They made us an appointment between 3-6 for teusday, I waited and waited but they never came, never called, nothing. Called back the next day and they didn't answer phone. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, if they were not able or willing to come out they should have at the very least let us know and not wasted my day on waiting for them.

They were very good. They will be coming out again to do bugs.

It went well. Rodney was profesional, informational, provided all the details of the service and answered every question. Except for the cost, so far so good! Definitely would recommend. The only thing was the nature. It rained heavily the night after I got the home treatment. So I am bit worried about the pesticide/insecticide outside lasting for 3 months. Will have to wait and see.
