Eric called me immediately when I submitted my request, & arrived less than 24 hrs later. He inspected my system & performed some minor maintenance (no charge!). Despite my repeated questions and concerns he did not try to sell me anything, advising that all was working properly. He even told me how to maintain the unit correctly. I would definitely recommend Eric to anyone who needs an honest air conditioning specialist.

Eric was great! he arrived as he said he would and talk us through each step of the process. He completed only the work that needed to be done. In addition, he assessed the system for future potential issues or things to watch for.

Eric called me back immediately. It wa 104 degrees in the shade and my ac unit was pouring water through my ceiling. He was at my home in new braunsfels within the hour. He repaired the drain pipes that had been improperly installed since we bought the house 8 years ago, did not overcharge me to do so and spent 3 hours in an unbelievably hot attic to do the job right. We will always use him for any ac/heat needs. Super nice too.

Eric was great! I researched many companies and received many quotes but what impressed me the most wasn't his estimate but the fact he assessed what really needed to be done and while doing the assessment found one big problem no one else discovered which didn't need new ductwork. He took care of the problem withhin 15 min and I knew then he would go the extra mile to ensure the remainder of the work would be completed to my satisfaction. He encouraged a follow-up visit once I lived with the new ductwork to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend.

Eric Black called immediately & arrived in less than an hour. He is an experienced, thorough, courteous professional. He quickly diagnosed & repaired the initial problem, then thoroughly inspected our 20 year old A/C for other potential problems. He found two obviously defective parts, which had the potential to cause the unit to fail. He gave us the option to replace them, even though it was not immediately required. We chose to have him replace the parts, while he was here, rather than let the defective parts cause a failure in the future. We highly recommend Eric Black & BlueGreen Air Conditioning & Heating!

This company was awesome, Eric thought of the client 1st and informed me every step of the way and gave me options, I had several to choose from but his customer service made me decide to use him instead of others

Tried to install an new thermostat myself, could not firgure it out, searched in the internet and HomeAdvisor came up and I requested a service tech for help, within five minutes Bluegree called me and said they would come out that same day. Was very surprised due to the time of day, evening. Tech came and was able to fix problem. He came in around ten in the evening and left us around eleven, very surprised BlueGreen did service calls that late and did not charge extra. Very surprised!!!! Thank you
