 + -1 moreI used Bluebonnet for my home mortgage. Even though we were purchasing a foreclosure, which added extra steps in the process, they got us approved quickly and closed on time. I appreciated Marshall Moody's professionalism and courtesy. He and his office staff really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We chose Bluebonnet because their rates were competitive and closing costs were reasonable. We wanted a local company that we could deal with directly instead of a big box bank in another state. So, Marshall was there with us in person at closing, instead of a mobile notary. We are happy with our experience.
Description of Work: We secured our home loan from Bluebonnet Capital Mortgage in the amount of $113,000. In addition to the loan, they were also able to provide a lender-funded escrow account to pay for some of our home improvements.
