+ -1 moreChoco Valdez, the owner, came highly recommended by several friends and I had been compiling a list of handyman tasks for some time. I called Choco, left a message, and he quickly returned my call. We set up an appointment for him to come out to the house the following week and we settled on a "phase I" of the list. He and his assistant started work the following week and they were very professional and efficient. Despite Mother Nature being very uncooperative, they were able to finish all of the work within a couple of weeks. In terms of payment, Choco accepts credit cards using the Square, which is very convenient. He asks for 50% up front before starting the work (very fair) and only asks for final payment after the job is complete. I am thrilled to have found a handyman that I can trust! I highly recommend Choco and Blue Square Handyman Services!
Description of Work: Replaced fence on one side of the house, replaced gates on either side of the house, replaced almost all of the wood on the back deck, built a pergola and stained all, installed a new garage door opener, and other odds and ends on my handyman list.
