Description of Work: The manager Doug gave us our estimate and was very nice. They made several mistakes concerning measurements and location of pool equipment, but made the proper adjustments. We were so happy with them to begin with, then they changed the supervisor on site. They moved the "good one" to Austin and we were stuck with someone who never kept you informed and made promises that never happened. He also was rarely around. They didn't have any work done for over 2 weeks at one point. It wouldn't had bothered me if they would have been upfront and told me instead it was always "a couple more days". When they put the flagstone around our pool you could tell by the next day that there was some hair line cracks. I was assured that it would be taken care of when the flagstone guys came back to lay our steps. The flagstone guys installed the steps and I never saw them again. I spoke with Doug and he said it may take awhile, but assured me it would be taken care of. Well it is Jan 2013 and they still haven't come back. DO NOT PAY IN FULL UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ALL OF THE COMPLETED WORK NO MATTER WHAT PROMISES ARE MADE. Besides the flagstone, the pool is beautiful. If they would've been more upfront and followed through I would've given them an "A". It is really unfortunate because I've had several friends ask me if I recommended Blue Haven for their new pool and I had to say NO!! I feel like I've been more than patient. Update Because of Angie's List Blue Haven contacted me and fixed the flagstone. Doug was very nice and apologetic. We are happy with the response and the flagstone around the pool. I changed the grade because we are fully happy with our pool. Doug designed a beautiful pool for us.
