Description of Work: I moved into a new house and it had a bedroom that needed wood blinds to match the rest of the house. I "blind" called them and they came when they said they would, got to business and I had my blinds in about 2-3 eeeks ( I don't exactly recall bf I was not in a hurry). The blinds are just what I wanted !!! Nice hunter douglas blinds😊

Description of Work: Cyndi Roberts, the owner, measured our 5000 sq ft home for custom blinds and also measured for lined draperies to fit our 12 to 15 foot high walls/windows. She is very detailed in her work and listens to what her clients want. She has execellent people skills. If you need help with selections she has great color recommendations. She stands behind her work. If there are any concerns or issues Cyndi is more than willing to work with you to correct whatever is not to your expectations. I will not hesitate to use her again. It is very difficult to find someone that is this excellent in all aspects of a business. Great job Cyndi Roberts and team. Thank you so much!!!

 + -1 moreShe emailed detailed estimate and options and kept in touch throughout the process. It took a little longer to get the shutters I wanted because one window has an arched top but Cindi provided temporary shades which worked fine. We called when we had our move-in date and we had no trouble getting the temporary shades in place before we moved in. I particularly liked that the installer is the one who comes and measures the windows. The installer did a perfect job of installing them and explained everything to us. We never had shutters before but LOVE them.
Description of Work: Ordered custom shutters for all windows in a new house. Cindi met me at the new house once windows were in and baseboards painted. She showed me the options and explained the pros and cons of the different shutters. Of all the things we ordered or did for the new house, this was the most hassle free experience. Cindi was excellent at follow-up and kept us informed. We used Angie's list extensively during the move - all good experiences but Cindi was tops!

The service provider was very educated toward what they were doing and they were also very polite. I would highly recommended them to any one who wants good quality work done on their windows.

Cindy and Michele are very pleasant to work with and very helpful in putting together fabrics and designs. The custom curtains were expensive, but I feel they were worth the expense--everything looks beautiful and the curtains and valance are very well made.
Description of Work: Had custom curtains made for 4 long windows in family room and a valance in home office. Cindy and Michele made first visit to find out what I wanted. They returned in a few days with fabric samples and we decided on fabrics and styles. Curtains came in about 4 weeks and are very well made and they look great.

 + -1 moreThe designer was prompt and VERY knowledgeable on all facets of window coverings-blinds, shutters, cellulars, even drapes. Her prices were reasonable, and the products were delivered when she promised. The installer worked around my schedule. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use this company again. I received a follow-up call to ensure everything was to my satisfaction and even received a thank you note for the purchase!
Description of Work: I had a lovely honeycomb cellular shade installed in my dining room window, replaced my old kitchen shade with a 2 inch white blind, replaced an old woven covering in my utility room with a 2 inch blind and also changed out window coverings in two of my bedrooms with new 2 inch wooden blinds. The designer was very patient and helpful in assisting me to select the most appropriate coverings for each area. She explained the benefits of each type, such as more energy efficient, allowing in some filtered light, etc. She was very professional and honest.

The shutters took a little longer to arrive than expected, but other than that they were great and wonderfully installed, and good quality. I'm not sure about pricing because I did not get any other estimates and the price is for a large home.
