Cynthia was so helpful. She very reliable and very efficient . Her shutter installers were pros. It was a very good experience and we love our shutters.

Cyndi came to our house and spent time with us helping us choose the right shade for our master bath. She was punctual and so professional. A few weeks later they delivered and installed the shade. That too was done to our satisfaction and the installer was very punctual and professional. A few weeks later I decided to go ahead with a valence and cushion. Cyndi went by and picked up the fabric I had ordered for me from Calico Corners so I didn't have to come into town. That was so appreciated. The same installer returned and put up the valence. Both fabric pieces were well made and we have been so pleased with the results. Cyndi is so gracious and helpful and I highly recommend her company.

Cyndi Roberts was referred by Thomas Fentress, a Realtor. I was very impressed with what I would call "old-fashioned customer service," which is hard to find these days. She came out and measured for an estimate. Cyndi obviously takes pride in her business. She always returned phone calls, or email or texts. She is very professional, as is her staff. I would not hesitate to recommend her!

I found Cyndi Roberts' company, Blinded by Delight, on Angie's List. Phoned her for an estimate on window treatments for my house. She came out promptly, took measurements, brought samples and sent me an estimate by email the next day. I got another estimate and looked at a couple of other options and found Cyndi's prices to be very competitive. Phoned her back with another option. She sent the estimate by email and we confirmed the deal. The blinds arrived about 10 days later and the installer called, made an appointment, showed up on time and installed the blinds in less than 30 minutes. I saved money and time using Blinded by Delight and will use them again.

Cyndi Roberts returned my call promptly, and went out of her way to find the part that was needed for my broken blinds. She then arranged for her installer to repair/replace my broken blinds, at a very fair price. Amazing customer service! I will certainly call her again in the future.

We found Blinded by Delight on Angle's List. Cynthia, the owner, visited our house on 22 June 2012 to measure and give us window treatment options for our children's rooms. Cynthia was very friendly and walked us through the process without being pushy or trying to sell us on products we did not need. The next evening she emailed detailed estimate of 3 options for cellular blinds, wood shutters and roman shades in 2 rooms. I called her and asked about motorized blinds and she happily wrote a 4th estimate.She returned on 25 June 2012 to discuss color and our options. We decided not to do the baby's room just yet, but we would have her install Motorized Cellular Blackout Blinds for our Son's room. Cynthia revealed that if we wait to order our blinds 5 days, we could save an additional $300. We decided that we could wait the extra 5 days and expected the work to be completed on 14 July 2012. On 7 July 2012 we received a call from Cynthia's installer who said our blinds were ready and he could install that day if we wanted. He arrived about 45 minutes later and was done with the work in about 2 hours. The blinds are amazing, the installation was flawless and we could not be happier. We will use Blinded by the Light later this summer for our baby's room and recommend them to our friends. Update: December 21 2012: We are so happy with the blinds and the work Cyndi and her installer did for us, we are definitely going to bring her back to do our bedroom and nursery this summer. I cannot recommend Blind By Delight any more enthusiastically

Cyndi Roberts was so professional and pleasant to work with. Our initial visit was very productive. She gave me sound and confident advice and also provided many options. After meeting with several other companies, Cyndi worked the hardest at coming closer to my budget....even working with me thru her overseas vacation! We have been happy with the shutters, the installation, and the service Cyndi has provided during and after our transaction.

I called Cindy to make an appointment. She made an appointment within 3 days and arrived on time and was extremely personable and professional. She came prepared to show and tell me everything I ever needed to know about shutters. (Lots of samples which was helpful)After showing me numerous options Cindy helped me make the best choice for my needs. I had done a great deal of comparison shopping prior to our appointment so I placed my oder that day. I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the price. (Very!)I called twice checking on the status of my order and both times received a prompt response. Start to finish, my experience with Cindy could not have been more perfect! My Shutters were installed yesterday AND I LOVE THEM!!!Cindy called as soon as the installer left to make sure I was happy with everything. Cyndi was very prompt in returning my call as well as being timely in her appointments throughout the process. She was very aware of my current decor and helpful in providing guidance. It was clear her intent was to meet my needs and providing the best guidance possible. Exceptional work. The responsiveness ... professionalism ... knowledge and pricing all beyond expectations. We have a soir? at the house Saturday and we were not expecting the window treatments to be done. Cindy didn't make any promises but said she would try to get them done, and sha came through. Cyndi helped me make appropriate determinations by listening to what I had in mind then working with me. She provided valuable insights and professional opinions, and I never felt I was being steered toward any particular products or any additional ones. When she couldn't answer a particular question, she immediately called the manufacturer for the answer. Very professional and easy to work with. The products were just what I envisioned, the installation went without a hitch, and everything fits and functions properly.

The purchase of high quality window coverings was my goal and I did not have any previous experience. We met at my house. She spent as much time as I needed to find the right product for each room-- this varied from gameroom to bedroom to study. We went through all products. If she did not know the answer regarding a specific question. She called company right then and found out--some windows were larger than normal and required detailed information. I felt like she was listening to my concerns and we worked to find the best fit for our needs. She worked to get the best price and still meet our needs. Once the blinds arrived she was there with installer to make sure the blinds would work properly and easily for all members of family. I called with questions afterward and she was as responsive as she had been before sale. We are looking to address other windows now and I had the same experience as before. I haven't decided what we will do yet. But I am sure I will have the same success as before.

Cyndi, our consultant, was wonderful. She helped us order widow treatments for our new home. Since we lived in a different state and were only in town for a few days, we had only a short amount of time to choose window coverings for an entire house. I would highly recommend working with her. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. We ordered a combination of plantation shutters and roller shades. All of the shutters and shades have been installed and they look great!! In fact, Cyndi took care of most of it while my husband and I were visiting China. When we returned to the USA and moved into our new home, all the window treatments were up and looking fantastic. Everything fit perfectly and worked well. Cyndi was a joy to work with and a true professional. We both highly recommend her and will call here again if we decide to add any more window coverings.

When Cyndi saw the quite large glass block window that we wanted covered, she gave me very good advice about what would work and what colors would work as well. She was very well-informed about her products and was a pleasure to work with. The installer was very good, too. Answered all questions I had and did a great job. I searched high and low to find ANYONE who could give us an estimate on repairing 3 broken louvers on the shutters in our master bedroom. We purchased our house 2 years ago, and didn't realize when we purchased that the previous owners had not repaired the shutters as we had requested. After calling Blinded by Delight and leaving a message, Cyndi Roberts, promptly called me back. She explained that she didn't do shutter repair, but know someone who might be able to help. She was wonderful, and even setup the appointment for the contractor for me. We got an estimate on the same day as I first spoke with Cyndi, and placed our order for the new louvers. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks for the replacements to arrive, and much to our surprise they arrived 1 week later. The day they arrived, the contractor was nice enough to come out (same day) and install them! I will definitely use her for ANY window treatment needs I have int he future. She was helpful, professional, honest, and at the end of the day, she gained a life long customer.
