Blinded by Delight

Great customer experience from beginning to end. We totally love the new shades throughout our condo. Especially amazed with a black out shade in our bedroom where the city lights are typically too bright. The shade really blocks out all the light – something we struggled to do for years. Our sales rep, Julie McKnight, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Pricing was competitive and reasonable. The installer, Todd, was quick and thorough. Thank you to Cyndi for providing a superior service team and product.

Cyndi, Julie and the entire staff rocked from beginning to end. From the time we entered the store on Heimer we were greeted and taken care of. We scheduled the appointment after picking out our blinds, they have a HUGE selection of by the way. Julie arrived at our home, took measurements, the rest is history. Installation was fairly quick and easy, and we love the fact that all we have to do is press a button. I’d highly recommend Cyndi and her wonderful staff to anyone looking for a professional company to install blinds.

Now I can cover or uncover the window depending on the weather. The flexibility of the two types of blinds is amazing. I'm SO happy with the result!!

Salesman (Cory) offered lots of high quality choices, NOT high pressure, and worked within my budget. Installer (Todd) was professional, careful and quick. Also, they offer free (with purchase) paper pleated shades, which they will install.

Erica came to my home with samples of several window treatments that I had requested. She analyzed my needs and made a recommendation for cellular shades. She helped me select an awesome fabric, color and style. She was wonderful to work with and thanks to her professionalism I am thoroughly thrilled with my new blinds. Todd did a great job installing the blinds. He was punctual and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Blinded by Delight to anyone.

I had a very small job, but Blinded by Delight treated me as if it was huge. My designer was professiinal and personal. She gave me suggestions but was not pushy. My blinds are top quality. The installers were on time and happily worked around my schedule.

The sales experience was outstanding. They came to measure and discussed options on frames and shutters preferences. In about 2 1/2 weeks the shutters came in and installation went very smooth without any issues. The staff at Blinded by Delight was extremely friendly and educated us on our shutter preferences. Overall it was a great experience!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They have a customer for life!! Hunter, the installer for the plantation shutters was punctual and professional. The installation time was incredible. Todd Moore installed the wood blinds. Same thing. Punctual, professional, and quick. He even rehung the valances without being asked! Wow! Definitely wow. 5 stars, for sure!

Excellent service. Cory was so patient with us as we weren’t sure what we wanted. He helped us make the decision and measured everything. Todd installed the new blinds and did a beautiful job. He hauled off the old blinds, too. We are very pleased.
