Blinded by Delight

I found "Blinded by Delight" through Angie's List - the reviews were all great and I can vouch for them! They are very professional and truly know their business. Cyndi, the owner, came for the consultation and made excellent suggestions. My blinds look fantastic! I also got shutters and they are gorgeous. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!

Cyndi is a warm, enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional. We were very pleased as well with her assistant and installers who performed amazingly. Cyndi helped us select a classy rippled off-white linen pleated shade for all fifteen custom sized windows plus a patio door and poly shutters for the Master bath. We wanted both privacy and light and we got both perfectly. We have been so very pleased and have now lived in our new home with these beautiful window treatments for almost four years (ordered and installed April/May 2013). We have had no issues at all in this time and continue to be very grateful and blinded by delight! For any blind or shutter needs in the future, we will look no further than BBD. I just came across Cyndi's business card and was on Angie's List for another reason, but remembered I had never written a review for BBD. At least now I can attest to the staying power of this quality contractor and her company's products.

The service all the way through was amazing. I worked with Julie who came out and helped me choose the best curtain type for what i was looking for. She came out twice before the decided to order just so I could do a double look to make sure the ones I wanted I still loved. They told me 6 weeks for delivery and it was right on the dot. They came in and installed and they came out so wonderful! I would recommend if you are looking for some design help with a great price and someone who really cares about you. We ordered our plantation shutters for our new home from Blinded by Delight and had a great experience from order to installation. Everyone we worked with was experienced and friendly. The quality of our shutters are great and they make our home look everything ven more beautiful, not only that, they added more value to our home. This is one of the best decisions we have made and we highly recommend Blinded by Delight.

This is the second time I have used Blinded By Delight and I have also referred Cyndi to several friends. She is the only person I would use for my window treatment needs! Her staff is amazing. The blinds were ready for install much faster than I anticipated, even with the holidays, and the customer service both before and after installation is superb. Highly recommend!

Cyndi has always delivered on her communication from the beginning of the process, educating me along the way and follow-up on anything after the fact in a very timely manner. Her support team who handle any complications down the road, like our dog chewing up multiple wood shutters or wear-n-tear after 12 years and 2 boys, are just as exceptional.

Fantastic! Cindi and her team were great to work with! They listened to what I wanted and made recommendations. The shutters came in early! Jimmy installed them, he was also professional and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with our shutters and our experience working with everyone at Blinded by Delight.

Very well, took awhile to get everything in but once the products came in they were quick to come out and install!

We ordered white shades, but when they arrived and were installed they looked yellow. Cindy, the owner of the company, contacted Graber about the problem. Then she contacted the local Graber representative and brought him to our home to evaluate the shades. Due to Cindy's efforts, Graber agreed to replace the blinds. When the new shades arrived Cindy and Cory came and installed them. The new blinds look great. We were very pleased with Cindy's outstanding customer service and highly recommend Blinded by Delight.

I don't know all the options when it comes to brands, and I trusted her opinion- she didn't make me feel confused by loading me with too many options. I explained what I needed, and she helped guide me. And best of all she followed through. Her team was there hanging the blinds when they said they would be there. A few of the chains were loose after a week or two, and I called her. Immediately she responded by sending over her team to fix the issue that day. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

They came and measured and installed paper blinds until our order arrived. It is great to know there are great people out there. I would refer them to anyone. They have been good to us.

EXCELLENT experience from the moment Cyndi & Corey came to see what we needed. One high, upper window in the mstr bdrm was not shuttered & we wanted it to match the the shutters on the other windows. Plus, we wanted the same color & style shutters to be installed in 3 upstairs bdrms & the loft family room...A total of 8 shutters. Following Cyndi & Corey's initial visit & estimate, Jorge came & got specific measurements. Once the shutters arrived, Billy & Greg brought them to our house & quickly installed them, leaving no mess behind! Smooth as Silk from day one...All were professional, pleasant, and efficient! We are very happy with our beautiful shutters!

They came out and gave me an estimate. I ordered the Hunter composite wood shutters with hidden adjustability. They came and installed them on the front glass door and a set of French doors. The company is very professional and I would use them again.

It was great. From start to finish. I was able to go look at samples and the team even ordered samples for me to match with furniture, etc. ordering was quick, efficient and arrived in very reasonable time. Easy to pay. Very responsive to all my questions. I had 2 blinds that began to unravel... They were reordered and replaced. I love everything that was ordered/installed. Awesome experience!
