Description of Work: I ordered service. He was on vacation but called me as soon as he got back and asked me about what I needed done. He only works on retractable awnings, mine are fixed awnings. He gave me the name of another co to help me and told me how to get a refund. Very helpful.

Description of Work: Blind ambition has installed fantastic wood plantation shutters and a Sunsetter Awning on our house. They did a great job and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. James is always on time and calls before arrival. The awning looks great, and if there is a question he is always available Ona scale of 1 to 10 Blind Ambition gets a 10!
