They were on time and they were nice. I'd say they are over priced. I'd use them for an emergency situation in the future.

We thought they did a good job. It was a lot more work than we thought it would be. They cleaned our whole house. The expenses were covered by the insurance, but we guess it was fine. They quality of the work was very good. Hopefully we don't need them again, but if we have to, we will use them again in the future.

It's always been a good experience. Their workmanship has been good as well.

They were punctual, professional and moved the furniture around for me. They did a complete job, were quick and got it dried. They did a good job and did some extra service for no charge. There were no charges after the work that I did not know about. They came literally on time; they were here ten minutes early and were sitting in front of the house. They rang the bell only when it was the exact time. They were very good.

They came and moved things around and did a very good job. They took care of my furniture and out them on a block. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

They didn't do a very good job and charged a lot of money. They promised me a refund and I have yet to see it. They came out 3 times to try and clean my dryer vent and were unable to do it (I have a difficult vent). The carpet wasn't really clean nor were the AC ducts and I had to have those redone. I had a hard time getting ahold of anyone at Blackmon to discuss the issues. I finally got ahold of someone and they promised me a refund that I've never seen. I have followed up several times but so far they have been unsuccessful efforts. The people who came out were really nice, they just didn't do a good job.

They basically came in and did water remediation. I have also referred them to two neighbors who also had water damage. They responded very quickly, which of course is important with water damage, and were very thorough in making sure that all of the damage was contained so there was no further damage or mold growth.

They sent over two young people to clean the sofa. The kid stayed in the truck a slept. The other came in and asked me what he had to do. After he found out he asked if their was other things he could do. He was very rude when he was there.

They told me there is a minimum charge of $100.

I had a horrible smoke smell in my house and they got it out right away. The only thing I didn't like about this company was that about 40 days after I had them come out, I noticed my filter in the a/c was all clogged up. I told the people that they forgot to clean it out and asked them if they could come back and clean them and the service manager was very rude to me and told me no.

The worker did show up on time to the appointment. He did call 1 hour before as well to confirm before he showed up. All of the stains came up that they cleaned. I was very pleased with that. The house smelled nice after they were done.

Since they are a nationwide company it s always great to actually get a hold of someone. We are so lucky to have them come out and help us so quickly. They are there when we need them and we would recommend them.

On Jul 8, I heard a noise coming from return air vent. Since it was nearly midnight and needed a special tool to get the vent open, I waited until the next day to open the vent and discovered water, lots of dirt/dog hair in pan and very wet ground near outside drain. I looked on internet and found pipe where bleach was to go. It was full of dirty water. I took a lint brush and pushed it down to where the pipe bent--the dirty water came back so hard it splashed on my glasses/clothes and walls. I got bleach and put it in and could see water draining slowly. I went outside with a wire to see if it was stopped up near the outside. Mold, dirt/dog hair started coming out. I called Blackmon Mooring to complain that the tech failed to check the drain. After 2 days of calling, Robin called and basically told me it wasn't their problem--that it was possible for a drain to become that stopped up less than 60 days. I said I would call another company and NEVER USE BLACKMON MOORING again.

I called as was told a plumber would be at my house on Monday, January 22 and possibly as early as Saturday, January 20 if they had an opening. Either way, they said they would call. I never heard a word from them.

After a very positive experience with this company's work on a water leak some years ago, I called them first when I found mold in a walk-in closet adjacent to the master bath shower. However, the company's rep was unresponsive and obviously stretched too thin. He was always apologetic, but broke appointments, and could not give a timely start date. When I complained to his supervisor that I was constantly put off in favor of other more catastrophic events, I never got the promised response. The price was right, but you can charge anything if you don't ever show up.

After mold was spread they sent some ladies to dust. Mold was spread to A/C; therefore, we had to move out of the house. We had to find another company to remove mold.

I had the crew clean my HVAC system and air ducts. They could not get into 2 of the ducts and still charged me for them. I felt they did a good job with what they did clean but I do feel that Blackmon-Mooring's prices are too high. I hired them anyway based on reputation. They also cleaned my carpet but did not remove their shoes when walking on clean areas. The crew was efficient but talked to me about their tipping experiences with other customers. I felt this was very unprofessional.

The original estimate was 4 hours but the crew was done in onlly 1 1/2 hours. They did not move furniture like other carpet cleaners have done in the past. The excuse they gave was that they didn't have any of the paper protector pads to put under the furniture legs. (Of course this left areas of the carpet that didn't get cleaned.) We are dissatisfied and would not use this service provider in the future.

I was not very satisfied with this company. The person who first answered the phone didn't want to honor the price that I had just seen on a television ad. They said it was the television station's mistake, which of course is not my problem. They did finally decide to honor the price. They told me they would send two people out, but only one came. They had also told me that there were certain household items that they would be willing to move, but he didn't want to move them when I asked. The quality of the work was average. All in all, not a very good experience.

Blackmon-Mooring Steamatic did a great job on all of my carpets. I was very pleased as the carpets dried quickly and they were able to remove all of my stains. The employees were very polite and they made sure that we were satisfied with the work that they did. I have used them in the past because of flooding and we have been very pleased with the work that they do.

Blackmon-Mooring Steamatic really left us with a great impression. The carpets they cleaned for us are almost like new now and they were far from that condition before. The vents are very clean now and they didn't get all that dust and stuff all over everything while cleaning them either. Their prices were very fair for the great quality of work they did.

The cleaner who cleaned our carpets, did so in a very methodic manner. He would do sections, and concentrate only on that area. He almost missed the worst area where our dogs came in and out of the house. This was in the rear of the house, and we let him know about it. He did clean it until you could no longer notice the dog s path. He did an excellent job, but next time, we will make sure he knows, all the bad areas, before he even starts.

Blackmon-Mooring Steamatic did an excellent job on our home. I really thought that they were very easy to deal with. We called them and they responded very quickly. They were professional and were very nice. It sometimes seemed like they were a bit slow, however I think that it was just the nature of the job. Our homeowners insurance paid the work to be done.

The cleaner arrived on time, and seemed nice. The job itself was done quite well; he got the stains out, and cleaned the main traffic areas with extra effort. But the price was advertised as ninety-nine dollars for three rooms, which is what we had cleaned. After spending extra time on the stains, the price increased. The carpets also took almost until the next day to dry, meaning the cleaner did not get enough of the water out of the carpet.
