Blackmon-Mooring Steamatic came out right away as soon as we called them to clean our carpet in our lower living room that had been flooded. They did a through job, by picking up the carpet, drying, and cleaning it, and then re-laying it. They did everything, even moving the furniture. We didn't have to do anything. When they left the floor was dry and clean.

Their cleaner arrived the same day we called, because it was important to get this cleaned before the dirt soaked in. The cleaner had his work cut out for him on this job. The carpets were not only wet and smelly, but filthy form the dirty water. He had to go over each room more than once, and he did a superb job of it. You could tell he really tried to do well, especially when getting as much water out of the carpets as possible.

The traffic going in and out of our house had created deeply ground in dirt, which was impossible to get clean with a vacuum. The cleaner did a superb job cleaning those areas, and put all the furniture on cardboard coasters to avoid getting the wood moist. He seemed personable, and hard working. We think we'll continue to call them as long as they do a good job.

I trust Blackmon Mooring to do many types of cleaning services over the last few years and I think they are more thorough than most. I have hired them to clean my ductwork, clean my drapes, my carpets and the work is always very good. In December, we had our five carpets cleaned and the service people were very efficient in getting everything looking very nice. The people are great and always willing to do anything extra we request.

Last Spring we had some water damage in our home and once everything was dried up we hired Blackmon Mooring to clean all the ductwork throughout the house. The company was punctual, professional and they spent a few hours cleaning all the vents and lines in our home. The air ducts were cleaned, but we did not see any big difference within our home as far as dust and probably won't have it done again.

The carpets are shampooed every year in the fall by Blackmon Mooring and we never had to call any one back due to dissatisfaction. The house has about six carpeted rooms and every carpet looks new when they are finished. We do not really have a problem with the heavy traffic areas, the carpets stay clean and fresh a long time. I like the service people, everyone is great and the quality of work is very good.

I like getting my air ducts and carpets cleaned at the same time, as it seems more practical. Blackmon Mooring sends out four men who do a great job in a very efficient manner and we are always pleased with their work. The men do a great job of getting our ducts cleaned out and the carpets always get there protective coating put on after they are cleaned. The company is very efficient in getting our heavy traffic areas clean and we like their specials.

I have been a customer of Blackmon Mooring for many years and always received wonderful service work. Recently I was not very pleased with the man who came to clean our soiled carpet as he made it wetter than ever when he finished. The man who came to do the work was indifferent to deal with and I became annoyed with his work. He was supposed to have cleaned up the water from our leak and then clean the carpet. I called the supervisor who apologized for the service mans behavior and looked after the water problem with my carpet. I have my carpets cleaned by this company on a yearly basis and I will continue to use their services.

WOW! THEY WERE FAST. THEY WERE HERE WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY CALL. THEY WERE QUICK TO SUCTION UP THE WATER FROM THE CARPET AND RELEASE THE TRAPPED WATER IN THE CEILING, BEFORE IT COULD DAMAGE THE DRYWALL. THEY WERE PERSONABLE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS THEY WENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE WHO HAS ANY TYPE OF WATER DAMAGE!
