Always pleased with the prompt, professional service. I've used this company for a few years specifically to address a recurring yellow jacket problem. The wasps nest annually in our rock wall landscaping or behind the house stucco walls. Different location on our property each year. Each treatment has been successful. William is always thorough.

Unexpectedly, I was able to get an appointment same day. I thought the pests were bees but William explained they were yellow jackets. He exterminated them and they seem to all be gone. So glad to be rid of the them and that no one got stung.

My mother said that Mr. Dean was very knowledgable about what kind of bees they were. He even took the time to answer each and every question my they asked. He also offered my parents a military discount. She also stated that he killed other bee nest that was around the house.

Totally positive experience! Was able to call first thing in the morning and line up service for late morning the same day! The expert who came was William and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail about what we were dealing with and was so nice. He worked quickly and thoroughly. They are going on our speed dial for sure!!!

First, I'm estimating when they came out and how much I paid- they were awesome and I forgot to write a review! We had noticed a steady increase in the wasp nests near our back door. Then while we were entertaining outside, one of the guests was stung on her lip. We have lots of neighborhood children over so I called early the next morning so get this problem fixed as soon as possible. they came out the very next day and as it turns out, our problem was far worse than I'd thought- he removed 31 wasp nests from the perimeter of the house. Yikes! the wasps have started to return so I fully expect to give them a call again soon!

My overall experience was very good.

We called this service after a swarm of bees moved into our backyard near our garage. They came right away and got rid of the problem immediately. We never had to give it a second thought. I kept their card and will call again if we ever have a problem.

Great experience. Called on a Wednesday, they came out to give me an estimate. They came back on Friday to take care of the nest. Did a fantastic job. Also told me if I saw anymore bees to call them and they'd be right out.

We had a honey bee colony attempting to set up shop in the wall of our brick house. I called and they come out and killed the bees. They gave instructions about caulking up the entrance points. They were on time, knowledgable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with a bee issue.

Excellent service arrived when they said and charged a fair price for services rendered. Very professional and eliminated the bee hive on Monday and performed a return visit on Thur and cleaned the site and removed the hive completely. Would highly refer this company to anyone having a honey bee problem.

From start to finish our experience with Bizz-ZZ Bee was fantastic. The showed up on time and accomplished everything they promised and followed up with us as well. They are truly reliable, honest, and dependable. The bees are gone and our family is relieved! We loved them so much that we called them when we heard a critter in our attic and they are providing exceptional service for that as well. They showed up the same day and worked on the problem. Unfortunately, the bees had other ideas and returned. So Biz-zz bee returned too. The bees are now gone.

He came out as soon as he could the next day. He was courteous and told us how much it would cost upfront. He did the job and explained what we should do if there were any more of these bees in the future.

Biz-zz Bee Farms was prompt, courteous, and got the job done. The price seemed a little expensive, but it was worth it. They are specialists, and they are very knowledgeable.

They did an outstanding job getting rid of all pests. We did not have anymore fleas since they sprayed. They were very thorough and explained what chemicals they were using and why they were using them.
