Bin There Dump That provided me a quote on their largest haul-off unit which I was concerned would be too small for my job. Neenah took the time to understand the job I was trying to accommodate and answered all my questions on pricing and unit size. Sensing my concern that their largest unit wouldn't be big enough, she quickly offered up the information on another company that provided larger units. Her response to my quote request came within minutes of submitting it, and Neenah was extremely courteous and helpful. Would definitely seek this company out again for a slightly smaller job.

The driver showed upon time and skillfully maneuvered the dumpster down my driveway. He was quick and courteous. At pickup time, the driver was here and gone in the blink of an eye.

It was also clean when it was delivered. The administrative staff who scheduled my call was awesome. I just don't remember her name.

I can't say enough good things about Bin There Dump That San Antonio. I first used their services in November 2013 when I was remodeling my kitchen. Neenah was super easy to deal with and was able to deliver the dumpster the following day. I had some specific requests regarding the placement of the dumpster, and knew it would be challenging to get the dumpster into my backyard due to the driveway having a tight squeeze between the side of the house and fence. Neenah ended up delivering the first dumpster herself and was able to get the dumpster right in the spot where I wanted it. The 10 yard dumpster was a perfect size to hold all of the debris removed when gutting my kitchen down to the studs. On the 9th day I received a call from Bin There Dump That asking if I would be down with the dumpster on the 10th day according to the rental contract, or if I needed it longer. I told them I was complete and the dumpster was removed the following day, and you could never tell that it was ever there. My driveway was swept clean and there were not even any little bits of drywall left behind. When I started to remodel one of my bathrooms last month, I knew I was going to need another dumpster to haul off all of the debris and save me from making a hundred trips to the bulk waste facility. The experience mirrored my first experience with the company. Neenah answered the phone, took my order, and I had the dumpster the next day in the same spot where the first was dropped off. I received a call on the day prior to pick up, and the dumpster was picked up the following day and the driveway was swept clean. I will be using Bin There Dump That San Antonio again in the coming months when I remodel another bathroom, or any other big projects around that house that produce a large amount of debris.

After describing what I was trying to dispose of, they recommended a 4 cubic yard bin which was the perfect choice. I was able to provide details and payment info by email. They delivered when promised and placed it exactly where I requested. I filled it to the brim with rock and gravel from a small patio and walkway I was removing, then called to have it removed. The next day it was gone, and they had even swept up the driveway. Perfect experience and the most competitive price I found for disposing of rock and gravel.

We had a huge garage project to complete in a short period of time. They delivered the first bin on a Thursday, which gave us an extra day at no charge. We had to have them unload and deliver a second bin as the job was actually larger than we anticipated. So, the actual cost per bin was $421.09 for ~five days. They were punctual and professional and did exactly as promised. We were not bothered during delivery or pick up - they just placed the bin as we asked them to. Neenah is very kind and courteous and we will use this company in the future if necessary. We have recommended them to several of our friends. Their pricing was very competitive.

Person who answered was very nice and explained I was in an area they were not allowed to service. She gave me the name and number of someone who could. I will call her again on the next property I need help with.

Spoke to a very friendly Neenah Marie to get prices on the different sizes of their dumpsters (prices online would be nice). Once we decided on the size we called and gave her the date it was needed. The dumpster was delivered on time and put exactly where we needed it by a very courteous and friendly driver. When we were done loading it, they came and picked it up at the time they promised. The whole experience was perfection.

The owner has incredible customer service skills. She went out of her way to deliver the dumpster the day I called, offered to give us extra time if we needed it (and we did), and gave us an Angie's List discount. The price was still a little high for the size of the dumpster, but her personality made up for it.

Outstanding...from the first contact to the last, these folks are true professionals. I needed a dumpster for a rehab project and started calling around to get competitive pricing. The prices were all over the place and some had fees that would only be calculated after the job was finished. Very unnerving situation.
