Description of Work: It's been a year ago since they did the work in my front yard. However, I was going through a lot and never got around to rating their service. I had requested that a lot of work be done.

Description of Work: I'm all about supporting Family owned, small, local business; but only when they provide quality service. Called and set appointment. On day of the appointment I had 4 different service providers pricing trees and gutters. Brandon called and said he was going to be late, then he called back and said he wasn't going to make it. He Googled the house and we talked about what he could do and how much. Explained that I just had HOW out and then he proceeded to tell me he was a certified arborist and has been trained in oak wilt experience and how to properly trim trees. I asked him to send the statement of work over so that I could compare with HOW and Teagues. I sent pics of the trees and again requested the estimate. A week went by and I called and texted, finally got hold of his Mom and he called me back an hour later. Said he was having trouble with his phone. Told him I wanted the estimate because I was told that they had to trim before end of Feb., I told him once I had the estimate that I would like to schedule service that Wednesday. Wed came around and I receive a knock on the door from two young men from the Service. I told them that I still had not received the estimate, we tried calling Brandon and the office. No one answered, I was then told Brandon was in Las Vegas. The young man said he was told $250, I said that was fine that I had a @0% coupon, we discussed everything I needed done and they started. Both he and I continued to call the office and Brandon. They finished and we were unable to reach anyone, so they said I would be billed because they didn't have CC readers. I called a few more times along with text messages for another week. Not a single acknowledgment till last Thursday. Brandon finally called me back, they tried to tell me the coupon was already included in the price, I explained without the statement I didn't know that. We went on like this for 10 minutes when we finally agreed on an amount. The young men did what I think was a good job on the trees; unfortunately, the trained arborist (who never showed) wasn't as impressive. I can't say that I wouldn't use them again but I wouldn't use Brandon again. They did accept fault and we did come to a mutual agreement, hence my B overall rating.
