+ -1 moreOutstanding!!! Ours is an older system with a hard to find Myers pump. Big Bexar found one...installed the pump and repaired the circuit going to the pump which had also burned out. The did not badger me with attempts to have the tank replaced, pumped out, upgraded and other shenanigans. Very honest, kept us informed on the status of the pump search and install.

I rated the company A across the board and if there was an A+ rating I would award that rating .My first contact with Big Bexar was when I called on a Saturday afternoon fully expecting to hear a recording. To my suprise Jason the owner answered. He answered my questions and told me he would send one of his well experienced technicians whom he felt confident would solve my problem. George showed up today and made his boss look good-he fixed my problem . More importantly he was professional,courteous , polite and determined to get the job done successfully.
