Robert & Maryanne are honest, fair, and a joy to work with. Their team is not only professionally skilled but very respectful. They kindly worked within my schedule, and upon completion they cleaned the entire area to the point of being better than when they started. And, my new roof is so beautiful - I love it. They even repaired my chimney! It was a pleasure doing business with Bexar County Roofing & Remodeling and they will be the first ones I call if I ever need more work done.

The owner Robert and his wife, Maryanne are very nice to speak to and they know what they are doing. We picked them after interviewing various large companies and we were sold on the fact that the owners are closely monitoring and making sure that things are done well. They have been working with the same master roofer for decades and completed the work within budget and on schedule. They identified problems from previous roofing work and corrected all the things. If I need to have any roofing repairs in the future I'll be calling them.

Bexar County roofing provided a timely, high-quality repair to our roof for some issues found during our inspection to sell our home. They have the best customer service of any contractor I've ever used and were committed to my satisfaction and a quality job above all else. I will use them again and highly recommend them!

We discovered a leak in our roof that needed repair. The insurance sent a company out that said we needed a full roof replacement...don't think so. Bexar roofing came out shortly after I called and checked out the issue without me being home. Important to me, they took in what I thought about the problem instead of ignoring me. Despite some confusion on the agreed time for the work to be done, they were great to work with. It was done quickly and they gave us till after the next rain before paying to ensure work was done well. Highly recommend and will use again if something happens.

Good except for a flaw in one sheet of roofing they used had a splice seam in it that was of poor quality. They left it that way even though I pointed it out.

Long wait, possibly due to Holiday season and weather. Quoted drip edge installed only after inquiry from us, but promptly and professionally. Otherwise very pleased with workmanship and communication.

They did great. The owner and his wife came out and explained everything. When the men came, they had a fairly large crew and the owner came that same day later in the day when they were finishing up and made them re-do a couple things because he wasn't pleased with a few things they had done. I was impressed with that because he took that time. There were probably 10 people and it took one day. They left the area completely clean.

Took less than two days to replace the roof and replace wood as well as install the new vents. Cleanup was great. No issues what so ever and Robert kept in communication with me during the job and frequently inspected the work. Robert did a final inspection before accepting payment for the job. Can't say enough about how awesome Robert and his wife are in taking great care of the customers!

Robert and Mary Ann are responsive and genuinely care about a job well done. This is the 2nd time I've used Bexar County Roofing for a new roof and both times, the process was painless. A real plus - my new skylights don't leak!! Job well done!!

I called and talked to the secretary and she related I would receive a call back. Haven't yet. Not reliable.

Every time we called them they were back because we had a little bit of roof around the chimney that kept leaking and not inside the house but just running down the brick on the outside. They came back. Any time that we called them they were here. The price was good all the way around. In fact if I could I would adopt them as my children.

Quality work done in time specified. Cost was affordable and I won't be going with anyone else. Robert also did some work on my mom's roof as well to replace some lost shingles in high wind. Reasonable and fast. Can't ask for more than that!

We noticed that some small sections of shingles were missing on our roof. We looked to Angie's List for a reputable roofing repair business, and chose Bexar County Roofing & Remodeling based on the reviews. We called to schedule an estimate, and Mr. Koch and his wife showed the next day. He surveyed the damage and gave us a very reasonable estimate, and we accepted. If it wasn't for inclement weather, he would have been able to complete the repairs within a few days. However, the roof was fixed within a week and the replacement shingles match perfectly. Mr. & Mrs. Koch are very personable and honest people, and they run an exceptional family business.

Contractor was prompt on doing the work and did a great job. Cleaned the area. The home was vacant when the work was done, but didn't receive any complaints from homeowners living nearby.

They were very good. They were very responsive. All the roofers in town were really busy and they came out right away and they were right on time.

The personnel called back when I called them. Their service was amazing. He was very nice. I give them an A.

1st service and 2nd service calls: Unable to get other companies to respond quickly. Very impressed by the company's owner and his fast response to our emergency roof problem. Owner personally came out that same day and replaced missing shingles that came off in high winds. The patio remodel was a bigger job. The owner's dedication to the job and professional integrity was excellent. His crew worked hard to complete a very complex job. We were impressed by the fact the crew also cleaned up every day at the back patio site. Everyone was pleasant and respectful. We feel we received fair prices on both jobs and are pleased with the outcomes. We plan to use Bexar County Roofing and Remodelling again for future work.

We used Bexar Roofing back in 1989 when we bought our house. About 10 years ago I called for an evaluation on the roof because of a hail storm. The gentleman who came out from Bexar said that we were still in good shape and that we'd be good for about ten more years. (I was worried about being taken advantage of, but that did not happen.) This past Feb. we had high winds come through and it blew a number of shingles off the roof. I called Bexar for an estimate. I was worried about the cost of having to replace the entire roof, but after inspecting the shingles, Bexar gave us an estimate to do some repairs and replace the lost shingles. Robert came out within a day of us calling, came that weekend and completed the work in two days. Because our foundation is shifting, he even did some extra unexpected work at a very reasonable rate. With two wonderful experiences from the company I won't be needing to call anyone else for roof work. As long as Robert is in business we will be calling upon him again.

They were professional and efficient. I might consider using them in the future, if needed.

Roof needed to be replaced over part of home. I had estimates from other companies. Bexar provided a lower estimate, were punctual, personable, And professional. I was completely satisfied.

Were initially going to replace the roof that Monday but the previous day we had a lot of rain that filled up the flat roof that is basically has no runoff. There was a one day delay. They replaced the roof and cleaned up. They took before and after photos and provided me with pictures.

Flawless overall, and the did superb work. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!!
