Best House Cleaning Solutions

I bought a coupon from Living Social for house cleaning from Best Solutions. When I first called to make an appointment, they were too busy to even book me. Later when I called we made arrangements. I needed to postpone due to a family emergency. The owner, Sandra, said she would still honor my coupon since it was about to expire. I have tried calling, leaving messages, and texting Sandra, but is never a reply. I'm thinking I'm out $69 for services never rendered. So, I have no idea about their quality, just their professionalism and that scores an "F" in my book. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Best House Cleaning broke some of our items and it took several months to receive the money for the broken items.

I purchased a Living Social for home cleaning. The company returned my phone call to set up cleaning, two people arrived on time, my husband was home and I was not. They charged us an additional 20 for an another room which was fine. The original purchase was for 2500 sq ft. but they said that it only included 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Nothing was said about this before but we paid the additional money My husband said they were done in about 1 hour and 15 minutes, I checked thing out when I got home and it was awful, the floors a round the toilets was not cleaned, the dusting was hit and miss and the hardwood floors still had dust bunnies.The glass on the top of my dressers still had sticky stuff on the top. They did not clean. We went out of town the next day so I could not get in touch with the company. I did call then back when I got back in town and left a message outlining the problems but they did not return my call. I have been looking for a new housecleaner since mine left town and I thought trying some out with the coupons was a great way to check them out, but I didn't think they were going to only do half the work..
