BEST COUNTERTOPS

I hired them to install countertops in my kitchen. There initial measurements were not correct and they had to go back to the shop and recut the counters. I understand that things like this happen and it really did not bother me at all. When they returned the counters, they looked beautiful and I was extremely happy except for one thing. There was a scratch in one of the pieces. When I initially contacted the company they came out and denied that they had done it. They were trying to blame it on me and I felt this was unfair. I had just gotten these countertops and the last thing I would ever want would be for them to get damaged. I talked to the owner and he was trying to put words in my mouth accusing me of accusing an individual at their company for doing the damage. I am very disappointed in the way I am being treated.
