After reading their reviews, I decided that Best Carpet Cleaners would be my choice. I was not disappointed. From the initial conversation with Mark, and follow-up texts assuring me of their arrival, the service I came to expect was spot on. On time for the promised arrival, and thorough walk-through and explanation of what to expect. A great job on cleaning and I intend to use them again in the future.

It went fine. They have good communication. They notify you before they come, and they let you know if they'll be on the later end of the timeframe given. They did try to upsell me, but I think most do that. And my carpets probably did need the enzyme additive (about $100 extra) and the restoration service (I believe around $140?). I didn't do the restoration option. The carpets look better. They seemed more concerned with sanitation than visible spots. They use the black light-ish thing to show you potential problems, which is fine, but my main problem is the look of the carpet, so I want to know that they're going to work to get the visible stuff out (though I understand that not everything will come out). That did not seem to be their emphasis. The carpets were incredibly wet for well over 6 hours and still not totally dry even 24 hours later (even though I cranked the air and ceiling fans for a lot of that time). The cheaper (but still a step above builder grade) carpets in the house dried with a "crispy" look. The expensive carpet dried fine, but I could still see a beverage stain. Not sure if they tried to get it out or not. They did not mention it to me and I didn't point it out to them because I thought they'd be on the look-out for anything like that. They use plastic shields to protect your baseboard and walls from the equipment they run from the outside. Overall, the experience was ok.

Wow. This company is by far the best carpet cleaners I've ever had. Honest, hard working and very friendly people. Man and his partner were very professional, efficient and friendly. Prices were great and the quality of work done was tremendous!
