+ -1 moreHorrible company. Do not use. Packers damaged furniture and lied that the damage was there before, damaged floors and walls in the house and just threw things into boxes. Goods were damage in the transport because they were not stowed properly on the truck and the unload crew damaged goods in the unloading and even hid damage that was caused. Forget getting the insurance if you do use this company and put you goods into mini storage as the company will use any excuse as to why you are not covered. I've moved multiple times and have even used U-Haul crews to load and unload and they did 10 times better job than these clowns did.

Description of Work: We moved from San Antonio to Austin. There were multiple issues. First, we asked them to deliver part of the load to storage and the remainder to the house. They decided instantly after the fact that they could not go to the storage unless there was a turn around large enough for their rig. I ended up having to move everything to my garage and then hiring another mover to move it from their to the storage. Second, they paid no attention to the labels on the boxes as to where things should go, preferring to just randomly place things in the garage. Finally, despite the fact that I ended up moving things on my own, the price did not change.

+ -1 moreThey did an adequate job. It was little bit difficult getting them initially setup. They had difficulty getting the truck over through the speed breaker and through the gates. They were hesitant about whether they would be able to use the truck they wanted to use, but when the day of moving came of the problems vanished. It sounds like they have in-house communication issues. I had talked to one person on an issue the day before and the next day I got a call from another person on the same issue. They can do better if they improve the communication issue. As far as what they are and what they do, they are excellent. I would use their services in the future.
