Great customer service and workmanship. Even though they were later than scheduled to arrive, this was understandable considering the circumstances: our appointment was literally a week after the devastation left by Harvey, and our situation was not dire. Once I called the office I received an immediate call back and arrival time. Communication with the office was excellent throughout; Cindy was superb in keeping us informed. Price was reasonable, too.

He was a day late but he did call to let me know that he would not be coming. I have a problem with the price not being what he quoted on the phone. But I understand that my gutters were really really bad.

I had a 2 short sections of gutter that needed repair and called Berger. David came out and looked and stated that one section was full of debris and needed to be cleaned and the other section required additional support and estimated the cost at $250. A few days later a technician came to my house and cleaned three sections of gutter and physically pulled up on a low section and stated that was the best he could do. The technician was there for perhaps 20 to 30 minutes and I was in fact billed $250. At $125 an hour this was NO value service.

Spoke with the owner, David, and his son, Josh, a few times and was very impressed by their professionalism, knowledge of product and...very important to me....CUSTOMER SERVICE! A lot of companies lose sight of great customer service but Berger seems to keep as a core value for their company!

They sent an estimator out in a quick amount of time, they listened to what I had to say and they took care of it. And the job was completed within the specified time.

When weather was okay to complete the installation the work was completed and took about 4 hours with just a two man crew. Their work so far was very quick given the soaked ground from the rain from the past week. Good solid work only time will tell how good the gutters are when it rains and pours. I would recommend this company for gutter installation and repair.
