He rushed our survey as promised, and was super responsive when I called to ask that he modify the survey to include things the city needed (as I sat in the city clerk's office waiting) I certainly would recommend Bendicion Engineering for professional service. He was awesome to work with!

+ -1 moreDo check the engineer's license is active. I almsot got scammed by an engineer whose license was suspended. He apparently did not care that The City would not accept a letter from him and that I would be out $300.
Description of Work: Called him yesterday. Emailed him the pertinent info. He verified the what was done with the foundation company. Came out yesterday. Did his inspection. Took the measurements. Gave me the letter required by The City w/ his seal. I was able to file it with The City this am to close out my permit. No nonsense!
