Description of Work: An a/c unit on top of our roof was not working. At first, it looked like we would need to replace the unit. But, Carlos was able to revive the unit and it is working great.

+ -1 moreWhen they got there the A/C was completely frozen. He turned it off to let it defrost and came back. He actually came back about 3-4 times because it was still frozen. He kept in touch with me the whole time since I'm so far away. I have actually used them again since then!
