Bellows Window Cleaning

Daniel Bellows was very prompt to take my call and schedule my window cleaning, as he happened to have an opening between appointments the same day that I called. They arrived within the hour; and a crew of four men cleaned inside and out, including screens. I was grateful for their courteous and prompt service.

So I had appointment with a "Bellows" guy (who was referral thru a realtor) for window cleaning, that did not show up. When looking for number to find out why he was no show, I found "Bellows Window" on Angie's List thinking they must be same company. They were NOT same company. Bellows Windows apologized for not having me on schedule - NOT their fault as I was scheduled with other guy's company with similar name. They were so friendly and had such positive reviews online, I ended up asking them for estimate and hiring them. They were $25 under the no show guy and WAY more organized. A two guy crew showed up; wore shoe protector inside and told me exactly how they were going to proceed with cleaning. Windows were amazing and will use again in future home.

He has been the best window cleaner that I have ever used. He off the chart. He did he is such a great job. I wouldn't even request for a discount because he is worth every penny. He was outstanding. There is nothing that he did not do that was expected of him. What stands out most about his work is the quality.

windows look absolutely great!!!! They put a lot of work into cleaning them. This is my first experience with windows cleaners and they were great. they really got in there and scrubbed the windows because of the dirt build up on the outside. They cleaned the screens, interior window ledges and the metal frames. the crew of 2 were very polite and courteous. They even wore the booties while in the house to help keep interior clean. Nice touch. there was one issue: one of my windows which had tinting was accidentally torn. The man apologized (said that only happened to him twice in 7 years) and was on the phone with the owner to resolve. No blame game here or "defensive"-ness. Daniel Bellows, the owner, called 1 hour later and came out 2 days later to repair. He picked up the same film from home Depot and re-installed the film. He made sure I was happy with the job. Even though a "problem" occurred, it was handled very professionally and have no qualms about using them or recommending them. I have dealt with other contractors that were far less courteous, professional, etc. and Daniel really takes corporate responsibility seriously which is a very good thing to have. Kudos to you! Finally: the price shown above is before the angies list discount coupon applied.

The crew left residue on my carpet and they were unable to clean it up. This was resolved by my carpet cleaners--Steam Solutions Carpet Care.

The windows look great! The owner is very pleased! They came on the day we requested and on time. When we found an issue Mr. Bellows himself came out the very next day and addressed the problem. Bellows window cleaning is very professional and provides prompt and efficient service at a very reasonable price. We look forward to hiring them again soon.

Daniel and crew arrived as scheduled, worked straight through. Fast, efficient and sparkling clean windows. They hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 2008. We have over 100 windows, some up to 20 feet high inside and 30 feet outside. Daniel and crew were courteous, professional, and left the house as they found it (except with clean windows). As a bonus I had a ceiling light at about 15 feet that was out. I asked if I could borrow a ladder. He said "no problem, we'll get it. " He changed the bulb no charge. We'll use them again.

They were very accommodating to our schedule, they showed up on time, and they were very professional. They did a great job. This is the third time we have used them to clean our windows, and we will use them again.

Great job. I'd used them twice before. There were 3 gentlemen that came with the 1 being the owner. They are quick, organized and efficient. I called when they hadn't showed at specified time and my call was immediately picked up with an updated time due to the job they were currently on. Great job, will see them next year.

Daniel and his crew always arrive promptly. They are professional and work quickly. One works inside while one or two work outside cleaning the windows and screens. I had also asked for the driveway to be power washed which was also included in the job. I have used Daniel for several years and have always been pleased with his service.

They arrived promptly (2 young men), and cleaned all windows, inside and out, within an hour and 1/2. I was very impressed with the speed with which they worked as well as their efficient manner of cleaning the windows and sills. There was no mess left behind and all the windows sparkled when they were finished. They did tell me that most of my windows were "fogged", but only one or two are extremely fogged. I was impressed with their speed, their neatness and their promptness and will suggest this group to my friends who are seeking this type of service.

They arrived on time and went right to work after I accepted their estimate. They worked well together and were quiet, professional, and did everything well. A friend suggested this company and she uses them four times a year in her large home. Our home is two story and the windows are very high and varied. They took care of everyting. I would not hesitate to use them again and would encourage anyone to use them as well.. The final cost was less than the estimate.

Daniel answered immediately when I called (he was on a job) and went by the house without me being home to estimate work. Called me with a quote the same day and we agreed to do the work. He called the day of the job to confirm and then showed up exactly on time. They not only clean the glass, but took all screens off and washed with soap and water. They wash out the window frame with soapy water as well. All windows were cleaned and scraped with a razor and then squeegy and wiped down. All done very professionally, and the windows sparkle! He found a screen that was broken and offered to repair it at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.
